If I can put 0 stars I will it’s nasty and disgusting the place is mildew , the fries was so full of grease like it hasn’t been changed in weeks , the Wings are Soooooooo big half cooked total waste of money . It actually looks abandoned on the outside and inside. I should’ve walked right out of there anyway.

I ordered for the first time this last week. I was highly skeptical because of reviews. However, I did order from Lugigi’s and I’m glad I did. The young lady that answered the phone was pleasant, I recieved my order sooner then I was quoted, and the driver was nice.

Was in the area wanted pizza, I didn’t even order the pizza after all, I wanted to try for the first time and the staff was so dam rude I asked what flavor pops they had she said Pepsi products and I said well I never been there before so I don’t know what you have she rudely said Pepsi products and said what does eating here have to do with pop! That was the worst experience I ever had trying to order pizza I will tell every one don’t bother the pizza is probably just as nasty as the staff! I’ll go back to my home town and get a good pizza! I hope they find better help! Dam I should of read the reviews I see they need better help! Just sad!

Horrible delivery service I ordered at 8:33 pm and food wasn’t delivered I called back and I was told they only had one driver and he wouldbe pulling up shortly at 11:13pm. Then called back to say I still haven’t received my order lady says he left your food on the porch. Check porch no food. 11:40pm driver calls and ask for my address. I feel bad for him one man only.

I Have order from them for years always a great experience until today called in and tried placing a order she tells me the only thing I can order is Pizza which was okay until she tells me cash only, then I replied I’ve used card here before then she says let me see if the Machine is working, even that would have been okay if I felt like you wanted my business and I wasn’t getting on your nerves. Shame on you for thinking I don’t work hard for my money and deserve some kind of customer service. Good luck with staying a float but I’m not helping you make a dollar, and I always place big orders because of my family size!

Ordered at 5:30pm… the woman told me it’d be 45 minutes. I called at 7pm to check on the order to see when it would arrive. They said they only had one driver so be patient with them. By 7:30 it was just too long a wait so I called back and canceled the order. Woman told me I couldn’t order from them anymore! Y’all believe that? LOL! I said THAT’S FINE!
