This is a location where the staff isn’t hired based on ability to fight. We all know those cooks throw hands nightly with random drunks … not here though. Clean, courteous and quick service.

This is hands down the best Waffle House I’ve ever been to that is consistent with the quality and preparation of the food every time I come here. The customer service is great too. Luckily, we have always lucked out and got 90% of the same crew when we have come in.

After a long flight from overseas, I left the airport in search for a good hot breakfast! We stopped at two Waffle Houses and an I-Hop by the ATL airport that were all closed due to staffing issues. We headed south and stopped at this one in Locust Grove and they were fully staffed, super friendly and clean! They were also going through at shift change at 6:30am but they all showed up and everyone was in a great mood (even those coming off a long shift)! THANK YOU for showing up!! Your impeccable service did not go unnoticed!

Walked in only one table, proceeded to order a to go simple grits bowl ( as I work the night shift I was just trying to grab lunch) I placed my order another person walked in. She stopped with me, assisted the person that came in after me and then place their order ahead of mine they ordered four things. Who does that? Stops assisting you you to take another order. Will not be returning thank you for your time. Also don’t bother calling this place even with 1 guest they are too short staffed to simply take a order.

When we got there they told us they were out of everything but waffles as a joke. The waiter forgot to give is drinks and was kind of weird. The food was not that great. I’ve been to other waffle houses with a lot better service. When we were about to leave they joked to the next party that they were only doing carry out orders and they couldn’t sit down. I just didn’t find it very funny or customer oriented.
