This was wild. So I work retail so I get the stress it involves working with the public and i usually let most things slide, but my experience 30 min ago at this KFC was extremely poor. The guy taking the order kept asking “how many cars behind you” and when the person in front of me and myself said 2 he would let out a huge sigh and shout pull forward! I wanted to say if you hate your job this much get another one. Maybe he was having a bad day it happens but it was a massively poor attitude even when attempting to take the order being rude and short. Props to the older lady who seemed to be doing all the work, I felt bad for her and she was polite. Chicken wasn’t breaded and looked rough, not sure I’m gonna eat it. Will just chalk this up as a big L.

Wow KFC has gone down hill. I thought they breaded their own chicken? So why, when I placed a pickup order for 4:45 PM at 1:30 PM, am I being told there is no extra crispy chicken like I ordered? Not to mention the kid up front was on his phone playing videos extremely loud when I walked in (because, of course I was the only person there) and didn’t even notice me until one of the cooks came out to help me. The original recipe chicken tasted like one of those frozen Banquet fried chicken meals. I am SO glad I bought an extra “Large” mashed potato for an extra $4 because a “Large” mashed potato is about 2 servings. Thank god the coleslaw still tasted the same but that’s about the only good thing. I haven’t had KFC in a couple years and now I remember why! $35 for a family meal my a$$

After a long journey on the road we went through the drive thru at this KFC location. It took them a good 5 minutes to take our order when nobody was in the drive thru. The parking lot was fairly empty as well. When they did take our order the ordertaker said they only had breasts and wings. My other party who wanted the food decided to still take the order. When we got to the window to pay, the price for an 8-piece meal was nearly $40. Head no clue a bucket went so sky high. My goodness. We changed the order to just the chicken. When we got the meal it was a mixture of hips, thighs and wings after being told they had only breasts and wings.

Got the $23.99 fill up meal. The only thing this meal would be good to fill up is a pot hole in the road. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the chicken must have been under a warmer since last Tuesday. Dried out would be an understatement. We like KFC but this is just terrible.

The young lady running the drive thru didn’t even let us finish our order before telling us our total after we told her the first item she kept proceeding to ask if we wanted anything else before we even got the chance to finish telling her an item we wanted. Completely rude. We didn’t end up getting our food we pulled off. I’m not paying for food it when I didn’t get to finish my order I can go to bojangles in Vinton and get wonderful service

Was out and about doing errands with my 74yr old mom today she said let’s have lunch at KFC. The doors were locked at the Vinton store so we came to the Orange Ave store. We had a really good lunch the atmosphere was nice and the customer service was awesome. We will definitely be back again soon .thank you guy’s.. ..

4/24/23 Staff has completely gone down hill. Exasperated if you order something they don’t want to cook. I can’t remember the last time I actually got what I ordered. Food hit or miss.Shame this is the only one close to me.
