Holy hell, this place was amazing. GF got the fried catfish, I got the chopped brisket plate, and we split the pulled pork fries. All of this was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend eating here.

I was just in town visiting for a few days and was looking for somewhere close to the hotel I was staying in to eat. I passed this place on a Friday while I was there and decided to go after church on Sunday to eat. I liked the decor, and the ladies working were very nice! My food came out fairly quickly and I enjoyed it! I had Ribs and Chicken. The chicken could have been a little warmer, but wasn’t so cold I couldn’t eat it. The ribs were great…Just like I like them…Falling off the bone! I also had mac & cheese, and Collards which were both good as well. My only complaints would be that I expected the chicken to be piping hot as the ribs were, and I think the price could’ve been a little cheaper…Nothing major, just a dollar or two…But I would eat there again and probably order ribs only the next time!

Had been looking to try this restaurant. Happened to be picking someone up from Texas that wanted BBQ. Not at all crowded for a Friday night (just a couple other folks). Shocked that we were asked to come up to the bar to order after we sat down. Ordered lemon pepper and regular ribs and chopped brisket. The brisket was disapointing. The lemon pepper ribs had great flavor and a nice kick. The ribs were very tender and fell off the bone from obviously being boiled first before smoked. I still have my own teeth and feel that ribs should be tender enough to be bitten off the bone. Greens were good, but a bit salty. Baked beans were so so. Potato salad was very good. Ribs were horrible when reheated the next day (very watery from haven been boiled initially).

Best ribs I have ever had. Ordered the Lemon Pepper Ribs per review recommendations. Collard greens week tasty, as was the mac and cheese. Cornbread was freshly baked and delicious. Everyone was super friendly and accomodating. Glad I took a flyer and ate here when in town for business.

I had intentions of visiting Corner Grille a few doors down but they were closed being it was Monday I guess. I decided to go to Tony Morrow because it had been recommended. Nice little spot. As soon as you hit the door you smell the pit and hickory. Yes! this is the read deal. I ordered the three bones, potato salad, macaroni and cheese and cornbread. My friend ordered Lemon Pepper ribs. I was skeptical about those but dang when I tried a piece of hers, I was in love. They are tangy, salty and a bit of sweet all at the same time. Loved the spot. Only thing I didn’t like was the place has a bit of smoke but it’s almost like you are at a real barbeque. This place is a gem. Loved it all.

I live in the neighborhood and walked there to enjoy the food. The staff is excellent in everyway. The food however is very inconsistent. The first time I ordered the same thing, Beef Brisket, green and Mac & Cheese. The brisket was good and tender first time. Yesterday is was burnt, hard and not very easy to chew. The macaroni was awful both times. They need a big mama in the kitchen to show them how to do it Georgia style. Otherwise, I’ll try it one more time but for what you have to pay, it’s easy to pass up. this is for the establishment to improve for summer traffic. Residence waited a long time for it to open and best wishes on success of this place…

This restaurant needs a new business model. Service was good in the beginning. A nice waitress, China served us. I ordered the ½ chicken and my girlfriend ordered the beef brisket sandwich. When the food came we were very disappointed about the quality and quantity. My Family Size (title on the menu) ½ chicken plate was the leg part of a wing and a 1/2 of a breast. They literally cut my breast and kept the other 1/2. I immediately asked where is the rest of my chicken? China said, that’s the way it comes out of the kitchen. She mentioned my concern to the manager (don’t remember her name) and the manager came and asked was everything okay. I told her I expected a piece of breast the size I buy from the store or get from KFC, why do you cut the wing and breast in 1/2? That’s the way the portions are cut in the kitchen, she replied. You can buy another piece though. I told her I ordered this meal and expected at least full pieces of chicken …. I came in hungry and I’m going to leave hungry. She said there is not much more she can do.

My coworker and I ordered food to go on our lunch break and it was soooo good. When we arrived, our food was just coming out. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and she ordered the regular ribs. They were so tender. We were smacking the whole time. The mac and cheese was delicious. We both agreed that we would be back and couldn’t believe we hadn’t come a lot sooner!!

The waitress was very rude and disrespectful. She informed me that two items would not be on my brisket burger. The items were charged on my receipt. I politely informed the waitress, and she balled up the receipt in my presence. She stated “Oh well”. She did not return my tax. She was hostile.

Food was good, nice decor, great service. Ribs were flavorful, sauce tangy sweet. The fried peach pie wasn’t that great, (not sweet enough) but my friend had the red velvet cupcake & said it was good.
