While the smoothie and food was good. The employees were rude. I said Good Morning 3 times to both the woman and man behind the counter with no response. There wasn’t a proper greeting after entering the store. Please tell your employees how important it is to greet paying customers.

Pictures are worth a thousand words; DON’T waste your time coming to a close location(10 am—Sunday, which store should have open)! The food left on the counter, which the store is close with food left on the counter, is completely Unsanitary and quite frankly disgusting. This black establishment store is a bad name and should be inspected by the health department! Eat at your own risk; the closest ER is Grady Memorial Hospital if you get a foodborne illness.

Rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Caesar salad for 21 people on 7/5/23 at around 8 PM to be picked up on 7/6/23 at 12 PM. When I arrived to pick up the salad they told me the order needed to be placed 24 hrs in advance (so why allow me to order it if that’s the case) and that they had no containers to fulfill the order. So I asked them if they could have it ready for me on 7/7/23 instead, as I still wanted my salad. They agreed but failed to do that as well. I continued to call and inquire about my salad on 7/7/23 and continued to get hung up on with no resolve. I understand places being busy at lunch time but a lot of black owned businesses cannot handle the pressures of lunch rush and come off rude and unconcerned to customers because of this. Close down and issue my refund since y’all don’t know how to handle or resolve anything. UNPROFESSIONAL BLACK OWNED RESTAURANT AS USUAL.

Dropped by today for my That’s Incredible green smoothie. I ordered online for the 1st time and was surprised that they had a curbside delivery option. I arrived really early for my order so I decided to go inside. I usually visit one of the other 3 locations, 1st time here so I wanted to check things out. Very nice with plenty of seating, same great food and customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve eaten here a few times. I wanted to bring someone to try your restaurant today. We braved Friday rush hour traffic to patronize your business; passing hundreds of other eateries along the way. You close at 6pm and we arrived at 5:45pm after a 45 minute commute just to be told that we could not order any food, only a smoothie. It’s really a shame that this is the service I’m met with after referring MANY people to your restaurant.
