I recently visited Abuelita’s for breakfast and was blown away by their breakfast burritos. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The burrito itself was delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors and just the right amount of spice in the salsa roja. The portions were great, and the burrito was filling enough to keep me energized throughout the day.

Fantastic food at a great price. I’ve been here a few times, the breakfast burritos are delicious and the red chili enchiladas are a personal favorite. The pork green chili though is divine. I’ll be buying this every week to eat with breakfast.

It took my girlfriend more than a year to find a Mexican place in Denver that she liked. She just moved to Longmont and fell in love with this place on first bite! The owners took our order and cooked the food themselves. Everything was delicious and incredibly affordable. We will certainly be coming back.

We were eager to try this spot for months, and finally stopped in. More of a take-out spot, but a hidden gem nonetheless. The first visit was to enjoy a snack – chorizo tostada’s, and they were the best I’ve ever had. I also ordered their horchata. I’m always on the hunt for the best horchata, I found theirs to be tied for very best in Longmont. Second visit was for a breakfast burrito – again, always on the hunt, and I think they’re absolutely the best in Longmont. Their green chile is also a must try. Quality ingredients, awesome prices, friendly people. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

The food here is amazing and the service makes you feel at home. I felt like my abuelita cooked for me. I am a Colorado native and my grandma was born in Mexico so I definitely know what is good and what is not. I judge every Mexican restaurant by their frijoles because if you can mess up beans, you really can’t cook. You will not be disappointed. We had tostadas and flautas. This is not fast food, you have to wait for it because it’s cooked fresh. Support this local restaurant and you will love whatever you order. I promise you that!

Super small, personal place with Abuelita being a great conversationalist, she’s very good at asking you what you want for a meal. It’s very much home cooking in a tiny take-out setting. The food was amazing, and it was fun to watch the two ladies cook what we ordered, and the flavors were so comforting.
