Ate here around 6:30pm on a Friday night. We will never stop here again. Based on several of the reviews I have read for this place, I am surprised they are still in business. When we first arrived, there appeared to be only 1 employee working in the store…mainly staffing the drive-through window. There were no other customers dining in at the time. We placed our order at the self-service kiosk. While waiting for our food, other customers began coming in. After waiting for our order…6 tacos combined, two other employees walked in at separate times. We waited way too long for the size order that we had placed. My taco shells were old, stale, and had a rancid taste. In fact, they were crumbling as I ate them. 2 of my 3 taco shells were already broken before I began eating. If we had not been on the road traveling, I probably would have gone back to the front counter and asked for something different. I have never had a bad experience at a Taco Bell until this visit.

Half the menu not available. Two employees standing there looking at their phones at the counter. Told me i had to place my order on the annoying kiosk. Employees Would not take my order. And the place was a ghost town. They had nothing to do. Message to employees: taco bell will close down and disappear, but if this is how you manage yourself, you will be working at a place like taco bell forever. Care about your work, be nice and provide customer service. You’ll do just fine. Message to Owners: wake up, manage your store.

So, this place I get it, it’s fast food I shouldn’t expect a great meal. But I’d expect to get what I order, lol. Ordered through the app. Buddy and I placed 2 orders. And told them that. We went to the window and was spoken ti by a Latina woman. She gives us one order and says both were in the bag, which was wrong. Gave us the 2nd order after we told her with the wrong drink and missing 2 additional items, but at this point, with her upset for who knows why and us frustrated, we just took the loss.

I walked in and waited at the counter well the stuff lounged on the opposite side of the store or dealt with drive-up. Then I noticed the self-service kiosk and ordered myself. Guy who delivered my stuff was not particularly friendly and asking for a water cup seemed like an imposition. Burrito supreme was only so-so. I would not go back.

I ordered my food in the Drive-Thru and when I got home I found that the shredded cheese was molding on every item that contained it. I went back to the store with the food and my receipt. I informed the staff that my food had mold in it. They told me I could come back later that day to talk to the general manager about any complaints. They then walked away from me and continued to make and serve food that was potentially moldy to more customers.

I barely received half of my order. Which was just duplicates of the same thing. No attempt to make it right either. I always try to give this location a. Chance but I always end up losing money on food I don’t even get. Please never waste your time here unless you just want some rude teenagers to take your money and give you whatever it is they feel like doing at the time.

So on an hour lunch with a co-worker we decided on Taco Bell. We walked in bc the drive-thru is backed up. We walked in to see four workers, two were working and two were just standing there. Next thing I know the guy standing there starts locking the front door. Then he locks the side door. This seemed to be in efforts to keep passengers from the drive thru from coming in for faster service. Hilarious!!!! Don’t choose this one!

I would give a zero if I could. Female with light brown wig and glasses, heavy set working drive thru has the most nastiest attitude I have ever encountered. Had a complete screaming match with me when my order was completely wrong. Ordered thru door dash and had to take the order back. She asked for my receipt, the receipt was still attached to the bag, I told her look at the bag the receipt is there and that was all it took for her taco bell level attitude to come out. I would never order from any taco bell again because of the terrible customer service I encountered this evening

I would not recommend coming here. The food was ok. My experience here was not good and the vibe here while waiting was uncomfortable. It felt like I was bothering them by asking for a cup. I always have to ask for a drink cup at Taco Bell for some reason. Generally, all the fast food places in this Durham area are lacking in quality.

Drive through is never operating for some reason but they will let you know over the intercom to go inside and order. Makes no sense. While inside they will not care at about service. I don’t mean good service, I just mean service in general. Totally uncaring and unmotivated. My order was incorrect as well. While I was there they were making fun of their new rules as well for all customers to hear lol They must not need jobs but I don’t know how much easier job can be than working at Tbell. I get it, working fast food sucks, may not be making a fair wage but I would at least still try so I could move on a get a better job. Idk, I’m crabby for having to go inside with my baby and the service being miserable.
