Yesterday I ordered my usual order, I typically get the same thing. It was the best I have had from there. Not saying it’s ever been bad, but it was just perfect. The crust was cooked just right, had a nice buttery garlic ring on top, not greasy just buttery and delicious. Yummo. Kudos to the cook! Thank u for the great food and friendly service. The young lady on the phone was super polite and the driver was nice and prompt. Thanks again. Will be ordering again soon!

Their pizza is good. We order from here frequently. We always argue over who has to call because, not to be mean, but they have absolutely the most incompetent people answering their phones for them every. single. time. We do not have trouble ordering anything from anywhere else- very simple orders. But I never don’t have to repeat my phone number approximately 10 times. And my order about 6. And then correct them 3 more times. It is so frustrating and ridiculous. They have fantastic delivery people though!

The buffet was terrible. Pizza and subs were hard and dried out. The salad bar was warm, with very few items offered. The only reason I gave 1 star, was because the young man who waited on us, was very pleasant. This will be the last time we will go there. The floor was filthy, looks like it hadn’t been swept for a while. Overall….DIRTY

By far the worst place to get food from in Wellington!!! I was so excited when I moved here because I love East of Chicago pizza but I ordered from this location 3 times and they messed the order up 2 times!!! I finally complained the second time and was answered by a young sarcastic manager who basically laughed in my face!!! It’s one thing to be friendly with customers but a condescending smirk during a complaint is not good!!!! Especially as I explained the allergy issue that I was dealing with!!!! It’s been a few months so maybe the young boy (named Matt) doesn’t work there anymore but it was such horrible management My family refuses to go back and find out!!! I’m guessing they aren’t getting better though! They’ve accidentally knocked on our door twice!!! I think people only order here as a joke anymore!!!! Oh and horribly over-priced!!!!!

I have eaten at the store before and had many delivered. Right out of the oven is the best. But I haven’t had any issues with the delivered ones either. Only complaint is nachos are only available when the football season starts. Very good. I miss them.

Ordered 2 pepperoni and cheese sheet pizzas for my son’s birthday party. When the order arrived, it was clear that the pizza had not sat level in the car, smashing 1/4 side of each pizza. The quality of the pizza wasn’t very good either, especially since I paid $55 with tip for the two of them. Each sheet pizza had a small layer of cheese on it and scarce pepperoni. They did however deliver it at the requested time I asked for.

Hands down worst East of Chicago I have ever bought from. This location has messed up my order too many times to count and even when they get the order right the food is terrible! Poorly made, under cooked, under sauced or over sauced, you name it they messed it up that way. Just ordered a 12″ hot ham and cheese sub for $7.49 and there was literally 8 pcs of round ham slightly bigger than a pepperoni but thinner on the entire sub. I could have took all the meat off the sub and ate it in half a bite. On a sandwich that’s almost 2 pounds total the ham weighed maybe a 1/4 of an ounce. The loaded crust pizza was also the worst. One bite from the tip of the slice and you were to the crust. Very last time I waste my time ordering from this place cause its a joke. If their pizzas arrived fully assembled and frozen this location could mess it up!

Loaded nachos were freezing with gross cheese and looked/tasted tacky. The ParmPops were burnt to hell and the marinara was frozen and curdled. After waiting for an hour for our pizza, they told us they sold it to another customer and that they would triple the size. We ordered a pan pizza, but they were out of pan and small. We were forced to get a medium, then it was changed to a large after they sold it. Still no word on our sub.

I would have given zero stars if I could. Just waited almost two hours for cold, nasty pizza. Called about it, and got an “Oh well, we are backed up.” So, you let my pizza sit for over an hour and don’t think you should remake it? Horrible customer service. Manager sounded like she couldn’t care less.
