I ate here on a whim because I was hungry when I got gas at the Chevron this food truck lives at. It was SO GOOD. I got two Al Pastor tacos and a Carnitas taco, and I was honestly surprised by how delicious they were. It’s priced more reasonably than the Seattle average, too. Try it!

The best birria taco I’ve had. And believe me, I’ve been vastly disappointed by even the “best” tacos in Seattle. The employee was incredibly kind and brought my taco to my car. I didn’t have the consumé sauce (my apologies if I misspelled that) and just the taco itself was incredible. Highly recommend! Super quick service as well.
