Customer service was not good. The boy that works the register at night had his long curly hair over his eyes the whole time while taking my order. Everyone knows in fast food you have your hair pulled back into a hair net. I was rushed along with no one waiting behind me. I was waiting to be given my receipt and he was just standing there non verbal still hair over his face, I asked for my receipt he said “oh oh “…Do better!.

Today Joel was amazing! He was kind and patient and even had fresh lightly baked cheese pizzas for our sleepover. (5 year Olds can be a tough crowd, I mean picky AF). I just want to give Joel a public shout out for doing his job and being awesome while doing so.

I keep trying to give this place a chance but the service is not great, place is dirty. I had to wait 20 minutes after calling un my order and coming in. Why have online apps? They have messed up my order almost every time I come here. I rather drive 10 minutes further for the better service. Sorry, just not up to standard.
