Ordered a pizza for deliver, waited an hour, called the store and they said its on its way. 20 mins later, called again and they said doordash forgot to get it, its on its way. 20 mins later, I called to cancel my order. The first person pretended to be a manager and refused to cancel my order, asked to speak to another manager and they finally canceled for me.

We ordered take out. It was raining very hard and didn’t feel like going in. So we called delivery. Food to almost 2 hrs it was cold, forgot drink and my breadsticks and i was told they wasn’t bringing it back because they was about to close never got a refund because we paid by card over the phone. Called papa John’s back no response. Still haven’t received that refund!

Young man working the front & baking the pizzas acted as if didn’t know any of the “deals” that a customer could choose from. He told me that my order would be ready within 20 minutes. Came back at that time to only get home to COLD & brunt pizza and Cinnamon Rolls. Wouldn’t recommend going to this pizza shop after 5 pm.

Order online spent 1 hour waiting after the app stated that it was ready. Every time I came in they told me 10-15 minutes after 1 hour someone finally notice that my order was never work on. Worst experience ever might never come back to Papa Johns.

Heard worker’s complaining more about being short staffed then saw actual work being done when I visited location. Had to pick up due to no drivers work for the store that day. After waiting 10 minutes was finally asked what I was there for and told it would still be another 15mins due to staffing shortage. Try to never order from location.
