Being a true New Yorker, I enjoy a great pie. I was in the mood for a nice thick sicilian or deep dish piece of pie. So I came here…boy was I in for a surprise! I ordered a slice if deep dish (see picture).Their deep dish pizza, while thicker than the Sicilian, was paper thin. The flavor was ok, but I just couldn’t get passed how thin the pizza was. The garlic knots were doughy in the middle (not done), and tasted like oregano more than anything. With all that being said, I give this place 2 stars due to food issues, and I don’t think I will return.

As good as I remembered, yummy. Used to work in the area several years ago. Stopped today for some Garlic knots, slice of pizza and salad. Their house Italian dressing is delicious and salad is more than just lettuce. The garlic knots warm, good and not too oily as other places. They sell pizza by the slice or pie. Strombolies are great too. Order at the counter and then they call your name as your order is ready.

I’ve been coming here since middle school. Pizza is always good & the staff is always nice! I like that you can order by the slice for days you don’t want a whole pie. As someone familiar with NYC, the decor is always fun to look at. I notice something new from time to time as well.

I usually like this place. This is my go to pizza spot. Lately it’s just been going downhill. Tried ordering chicken rolls one night and was told “we are out” which wasn’t the case. They just didn’t want to make more. As a former pizza place employee, I’ve never heard of telling the customer something like that. Also doesn’t know the meaning of “well done”. Guess it’s time to move on to a new place.

There haven’t been many places that come close to the usual pizza I would get growing up in NY. This place has never let me down. From any style of pizza: regular pie, deep dish, Sicilian etc., always come out great and leave my mouth watering on the way home.

This was my 2nd order this week. The first visit was excellent. The food was fresh/delicious, the staff was very friendly/professional. However, the second visit was bad. The wings were OLD/SOGGY. For this reason, I will not order from this location again.
