The customer service here is amazing. My order got a little messed up tonight (totally my fault) when I was trying to redeem my cheese sticks through my rewards.. somehow it didn’t go through on my order. But it was saying that my cheese stick reward was in progress. I’m not sure why or how that happened, but the manager here is amazing and fixed the problem, with no hassle. I wish I got her name, because she’s the real MVP. thank you! ❤️

They are now asking for a tip when selecting in store pickup. I selected picking it up myself to save on the cost. Pizza Hut pay your employees properly and don’t expect me to do it. Do better Pizza Hut.

I’m giving it 3 stars only because the staff is extremely friendly and polite. The pizza on the other hand is not the best and what you would normally expect from Pizza Hut. The vegetable topping are always over cooked and on the charred side leaving the pizza without any flavor. The cheese and sauce are usually lacking as well. I would avoid ordering from this location at all if they wernt the only place that delivered to my area.

I’ve been going to the same Pizza Hut ever since I can remember. Kids were young and now in the 30 club. Same gal has worked there for so many years… I didn’t see her today. I called today prior to going and asked about there deals. I get down there front desk guy was kinda rude. can’t get any of the deals they don’t offer. I called Spring St and he is like you got our call center in Florida. How the customer supported to know. I called your number. Any ways no deal that were offered. Service sucked and pizza was not that great either. Doesn’t taste like the old normal pizza hut. I sat in the restaurant waiting for my order… I remember this restaurant was always busy. I was the only person in that place. Only thing I can say it must have gone down hill
