We made our stop during the lunch period. The place was hopping with people. There was no clear sign where the line should start. People mingled back and forth pointing at the items behind the glass case. I did not know what items were included in the “2 sides” plate, and the skinny lady behind the counter kept yelling at me to move on and kept telling me that I did not know how to order the “panda” way!!!!!

Will never order from this location again. Legitimate rip-off. I am completely ok paying the premium (double premium for two servings) for the walnut shrimp but Im not ok getting totally screwed on portion size. I’m paying more FOR the normal portion, how do they not get that? See receipt and photos comparing the shrimp portion (this is TWO portions, by the way) – again factoring in the premium cost – with the other plate.

The elderly lady and fair sized lady are just rude. I always come here on my lunch and don’t even feel like returning. They don’t know how to speak to people nor greet/use manners. When I returned with a complaint of my rice hard and overcooked i was given attitude when asking nicely to replace if possible.

Never have fresh food when I come in which is everyday. Well was but I’m tired of waitIng 30 or more for a bowl. Rice always dry and never prepared for rush hour. Nothing but lazy workers here. Barely and orange chicken, rice or greens. I really HATE this panda

The food was pretty good, and actually exceeded my expectations. The orange chicken was crispy and tangy while the honey walnut shrimp was sweet and cooked well. The cream cheese wonton and fried rice was also ok, though some more seasoning could be used. Overall, food wise, Panda Express was pretty good for a food chain. The problem comes down to the customer service. The first server was ok but for the other one it was obvious that she didn’t like being there. She also didn’t give my friend her change, which was pretty annoying. Come for the food, not for the service.

The service is good and the food is normally fresh and does not appear to have been sitting for an extended period of time. The employees, when items are getting low immediately announce what is needed. Sometimes, the portions are a little on the skimpy side and usually, during the end of the week, the wait is a little long. It is not uncommon to see the line out of the door Thursday thru Saturday nights.
