This place is amazing! We chose this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion due to its location and good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious all of the food was. The parmesan truffle fries are advertised as hand cut and I loved that they were crispy. The fish tacos were fresh a tasty. I would return to this restaurant just to get the steak frites again. I ordered it medium rare and it was better than any steak I’ve had in Tampa. Amazing food and staff!

Start to finish–elite. Starter: pretzels with cheese dip and macaroni and cheese. I wanted to drink the cheese dip–but I said “how can I eat a 32 Oz Tomahawk steak if I do that?” I figured it out. Pair that steak with a blue cheese wedge salad, throw on a piece of apple pie with a side of caramel cheese cake and you are in heaven. On this night, they did everything right. I’m happy to review and give credit when it’s due–but get in there and soak up the love and experience that went into this food for yourself.

I travel constantly for work and am always looking for quality dining and was recommended by someone that had a prior positive experience albeit from the original owner. This unfortunately was hands down one of the worst experiences I have had since I can remember. The server was very sweet but she did not know if they had bottled water or what kind. I asked for diet coke. It was flat, completely flat. A gentleman came out and said it’s canned. That is fine but it doesn’t mean it wasn’t flat. It happens, if it was not handled by the delivery agent properly, not the end of the world but he acted as if I was wrong. I am in the service industry and am typically understanding but you could see it was flat. Moving on, my $41 filet ordered medium well came out medium rare and almost ice cold along with the rest of our food. I had to send it back and either through irritation or lack of skill came back hard seared on one side but not flipped on the other so I had to cut the bottom part of my steak off because still med. rare. The person with me ordered steak fries and the steak came out with her side and no frites. Then the server went and got the fries but they were not the Parmesan Truffle fries they were supposed to be. Her wine was sour and she is well versed in wine. What is funny is I had mentioned prior to us getting our food that the food was coming out piping hot. It does lead me to believe that ours was intentionally left cold and with lack of care over a flat diet coke and sour wine. This is 100% due to poor management. Being in the industry, stuff happens and we just have to acknowledge the facts in front of us and correct the issue instead of taking it personally and then punishing your diner for having valid complaints. We were cordial and understanding during the entire experience. The server was sweet but needed a lot of training.

Went to SIP85 for a Birthday celebration for my wife. Made a reservation and when we arrived we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. They have a great wine selection and drinks were very good. For dinner we ordered the pork chops with Brussel sprouts and mac and cheese, filet with Brussel sprouts and mac and cheese and the Linguine with shrimp. All the entrees were excellent. This restaurant is top notch and we will definitely be back!

Sip85 is an amazing place to enjoy a nice bottle of wine and great food. Whitley is a young high-energy server and she polishes a mean Wine Glass! Her enthusiasm and bubbly personality is infectious. When she serves your party you can expect a sparkling glass along with her sparkling personality. This image is in front of the large specials’ board and off menu wine list. You will not be disappointed.

Not worth the price. Inside dining is ok. The takeout I just got tastes bad. Dry flavorless chicken, lettuce spinach taste terrbile. If you want a good tasting salad, go buy 2 from chick fil a for the same price
