I like the flavor of the chicken but for the second time in a month, I received no fries with my dinner. When I call back to inform, they offer to give me fries later…but that is no help for to me get a full meal now. Do you think I’m going to come in and just order fries? If you truly thought I only wanted chicken, why did you not charge me that way? BTW…I also said “no bread”.

Has good food at decent prices and most employees are cool but had a horrible experience at the hickory n Edison location some employee was completely rude and disrespectful to the point where he bout got beat up…crying shame cause now I refuse to do business with that location.

They need to learn better Customer service. The young girl at the counter was Rude. I didn’t like her tone with my husband. AND THEY NEED TO LAY DOWN SALT IN FRONT OF THEIR DOOR. IT’S VERY SLIPPERY. THERE IS BARELY ANY SNOW ON THE GROUND. IT IS ICY.

The “catfish filet” is all wrong. They are clearly frying frozen filets because the coating completely separates from the fish and the fish is mushy and shows no sign of being actual catfish. They must be using swai or something…It’s just not right.
