This BYOB is quite a find. The pappardelle is exquisite. I was intrigued by the place because they had wild boar (pappardelle ai cingiale) on the menu. And the cingiale dish was absolutely delicious. Perfect chew, perfect amount of sauce, and such a rich sweet flavor. Reminded me of having that dish in Italy. Even the slices of Italian bread with olive oil that were put on the table were exceptional—so much chew and flavor. My parter had the pappardelle ai funghi which she adored. And I recommend the side of artichokes.

My fiancée and I love this restaurant! It’s the most authentic Italian restaurant we’ve been to in the US. Which makes sense because a man at our cigar lounge who grew up in Rome, Italy suggested it to us. It’s his childhood friend from Rome who owns the place. Cute small restaurant, definitely make a reservation. BYOB with fabulous service. Plus the food is always great! Definitely go hungry!

We came to Fraschetta for a date night, and had a good experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and entertaining. Honestly, they were the highlight of the night. (5/5) The food ranged from okay to good. Starting with the Polpette, this was okay. The meat was pretty dry; which would have been less of an issue if there was slightly more sauce on it. I had the Pappardelle Bolognese, which was good albeit with noodles that were a bit too soft. (3/5) My wife had the pork loin and we both enjoyed it. It wasn’t otherworldly but it hit the spot. (4/5) We split the Tiramisu which was phenomenal and would highly recommend. (5/5) The ambiance is also pretty good, slightly rustic but I really appreciate that the noise level was at a point where I could easily hear my wife but not the other patrons. The exposed kitchen area took a bit away from the moment though. (4/5)

We had a private event at Fraschetta and it was absolutely wonderful. The food is very delicious and tastefully paired. Be sure to try the homemade tiramisu for dessert ! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are professional and accommodating at every turn. We have since been back to Fraschetta many times and always enjoy our experience.

We had a wonderful dinner last weekend! Service was very attentive & friendly. We ordered the polpette meatball appetizer & two pasta dishes (I inhaled the complimentary olive oil & bread too). We thought the portions were generous & most importantly, the food was delicious. Topped it off with some dessert 🙂 We used to go to Melograno all the time when we lived in CC so we are elated that Fraschetta is close to our new home in Haverford. Very happy with this Italian neighborhood gem.

We had the most delicious meal ! Everything was cooked to perfection and service was excellent. The octopus appetizer was really good but the main entrees were out of this world. Our favorite was the special (bronzini) and the ossobuco.
