If you love slow, ineffective, unclean counters, and orders that are always wrong, and out of stock items, then I cannot recommend this location enough. Oh, and I recommend the guacamole especially if you like it brown, stringy, with huge chunks of unripe avocados. They’re truly doing life right.

Do not go here. We can never ever get the correct order. 3 times I asked Jessica is my dressing in there. Each time she confirmed. I drive all the way home. No dressing. I had my husband go two weeks ago. They screwed up that order too. We have never gotten the right order here. Unbelievable. They just can not get it right. We are done.

We REALLY wanted a fish dinner but the motorcycle rally was on and the streets were almost closed up with bikes so we decided to try chipotle instead of going home to leftover soup, I had a bowl…chose chicken as my protein. Everyone in front of me was having a bowl so I thought that was a good choice. My food was ….cold…. Is it supposed to be served cold? My chicken was all gristly and I had to spit most of it out. That ? Cheese? That was put ontop of the whole mess was tasteless. I ate maybe less than half and was going to throw it out but husband finished it. He said my chicken was awful. He had pork and said it was ok but also cold. I’ve noticed many bad reviews for this restaurant and no changes….why? We will ..never go to another Chipotles again. I think this was a new restaurant.

Not a pleasant experience for doordash drivers. Not one adult working. All kids, all of whom are clueless. Tonight one of the kids who wasn’t “on the clock” was at the store behind the counter clearly high on weed and distracting the employees. Bad look.

Ordered the Keto Lifestyle Bowl for Drive-Tru pick up. $15 for for half a bowl of cold food. This isn’t even an isolated event with me, as I’ve been shorted food before here too. Had a lapse in judgement by ordering here again today, that won’t happen again in the coming future though.

I’ve ordered at this location 5 times now and 4/5 times the rice has been undercooked. No one working seems to care about what they are doing at all.. I ordered a burrito and asked that they put salsa on it. The girl behind the counter put a nice big glob of salsa water on top, so my entire burrito was soggy (picture for reference- this is how much juice was in the foil when I took the burrito out). I had to put it in a bowl and ate half of it with a fork, but I tossed the other half because the rice was so hard it ruined the burrito. We also got chips and queso. The same girl flopped cheese all over the side of the container and just tossed it in the bag. The food isn’t very good and when I’m eating at a chain restaurant, I expect the food to be consistent. It’s just not at this location. Plus the evident lack of attention to detail has me thinking I won’t be eating here again, or at least anytime soon.

If you like receiving your kids “make your own taco” meal missing all ingredients to make the tacos, then definitely order online and pick up at the drive thru!! If getting every order incorrect with wrong ingredients and half missing is how you like your food, this is your place!
