I ordered a meal for pickup and it was ready within 1 or 2 minutes of my arrival. The entirety of my food was prepared fresh and was still hot by the time i got home to enjoy it. My ice cream was still cold, and i put it in the freezer so i could have it the following day. Friendly service (pun intended) and good prices.

Restaurant was pretty dirty, bathroom smelled terrible. We watched one of the cooks pull all the food out from a freezer and yeah, you guessed it, our food tasted freezer burnt. Incredibly low quality food. Still six hours later I feel nauseous. Very last time I’ll ever eat at a Friendly’s.

My family and I wanted an evening out together before my husband returns for work. At first glance the restaurant did not appear sanitary nor “Friendly”. We waited approximately 5 minutes before someone came to seat us. There were about 2 other groups already seated for their meal. With that said, the place was not busy. Of the 2 groups included, about 6 teenagers seated at the back of the restaurant making disgusting noises; inappropriate for the dinner table. Workers passed by, heard their noise making while they were seating us, however the behavior of the 6 teenagers were condoned. I looked over to my left and there were 2 not 1 but 2 uncleared tables and the teenagers proceeded with their misconduct for more when my family and I sat down. It was unbelievably disturbing as their conduct carried on, that my family and I just got up and leave. I will never bring my business here not matter how small of an item to be purchased. For a place of business to be unkept, unclean, definitely disgraces the name “Friendly’s”!

Worst service ever! Was my first time at friendly with expectation of good service. Waited 45 mins for appetizers and never got our entrees. Waitress asked if we wanted ice cream meanwhile we never received our entrees. There was only 3 family in the building.

Used to love coming here in the 80’s and 90’s when I was growing up. Food was alright when we went recently. Kids Mac and cheese was horrible and dry. Our waitress Cat was awesome!!

The food is always good here, service is kind although slow. I also don’t understand how I order a hot fudge Sunday for $4.99 and don’t get fudge or whipped cream but have to pay extra for sprinkles….

The service and food is always excellent at this location. My hubby and I have been coming to this friendlys for 10 plus years. The waitresses here are always wonderful and sweet. I highly recommend they’re Doritos ranch chop cheese. I miss the breakfast here.

Since my family and the kids were looking forward to Friendlys we came to one in Lake Ronkonkoma after a bad experience at the Stonybrook location. What a stark difference. The staff at Lake Ronkonkoma was excellent. Our waitress Micaela had such a positive personality was attentive and made us feel welcome. Great service and I definitely recommend coming here.
