My friend and I stopped in this past Thursday. We got there at 3:25. When we walked in there was a mom and her 2 girls at the counter and 1 other girl sitting at a table near the front window and a woman in a back room on her computer.

We had such a great time at Stam’s. We were referred to Stam’s from a bottle shop owner down the street and enjoyed a scoop of pumpkin spice ice cream and birthday cake ice cream in a waffle cone with coffee. We will definitely return!

Absolutely loved this place! Stopped for lunch. It was perfect and reminds me of an old soda fountain. Soda was delicious, burger was great, tots perfect and the donut was to die for.

Stam’s Luncheonette had amazing ice cream. My hubby had chocolate and I had honeycomb graham cracker. I loved the great service and the amazing attention to detail in the design of Stam’s. Who says you can’t find high style in a small historic town? I can’t wait to go back; even their bathrooms were cleverly designed. Plus, they have kitties in the window!

Turkey wraps were good, but waiting 30 mins. for them was not. It was at least 15 mins between orders coming from the kitchen. Never had cheese puffs in a restaurant, unexpected side that my husband enjoyed. With an event in town, retailers and restaurants need to be at the top of their game. Lots of out of town visitors to frequent the establishments. Maybe we’ll try the ice cream next time.

Amazing donuts although the owner was not nice at all and we found her to be disagreeable to us and her staff. We were reprimanded when we asked for a dozen donuts. We were told we should have called ahead. We had no idea that was necessary especially since we were first in line and they open at 11.
