Actually the worst chipotle I have ever been to, across multiple different states. I have been to 25 different chipotles in Massachusetts, chipotles all over the usa. This one was so bad I had to write a review. Quite literally the worst chipotle I have ever been too. Middle of the day, 4 o’clock and they say it’s an hour wait for steak. Tell your lazy workers if they don’t wanna do their job I’ll come back there and make the steak. I came last summer and the same thing happened. Food wise, well you can see some of the other pictures in the reviews. It’s gross. The workers are lazy. Avoid this chipotle at all costs. Go somewhere else. Don’t make the mistake of saying, “aww it can’t be that bad”

Staffed with teenagers who ignore you and mangle your dinner if you order through the app. Never seems to have a grown up working there. Closed randomly at 5:30 when they’re supposed to be open til 8. I LOVE Chipotle and I was so excited to have a location so close to home since the other options are super far away on the Needham line or in Waltham, but this one is so disappointing. I submitted a complaint through the website after my last app order (see photo) and got a really nice apology email and a free entree. Tried to use it today for dinner and the back door was locked, which means they were closed. This Chipotle bums me out. I used to live near the Mansfield location and it was amazing. I really want to like this location because some of the kids who work there are pretty decent, but a few nice kids don’t make up for a generally bad experience every time I go.

I don’t know who the owner of this place angered, but any review below 4 stars is a troll or review bomber. Cleanest chipotle I have ever walked into, the food is standard quality, and it has the most convenient parking lot out of any chipotle in the area.

The girl taking the orders was really nice and generous with the portions. The place was on the messy side but they could have had a busy night. Price was steeper than I thought it would be but over all good experience for my first time visiting this location.

Stay so far away. Only able to order online, they lie about the timing of food coming out. The one time I ate in there the manager PULLED A KNIFE on another worker and threatened to kill her. Place needs to be shut down bro Fr. Also the rice is so bad completely uncooked lol. Never go I promise you you won’t regret it.

The place is a dump. I walked in and it looked like a bomb went off..there was food all over the ground, not a single table cleaned and workers are standing in the back talking or on their phone. To top it off I opened my burrito when I got to work and it completely fell apart. Overall, awful experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
