We don’t eat ANY other pizza! BEST PIZZA. BEST MENU. Great prices. I love pizza and get it at least once a week. Before Marco’s, bought the 2 other pizza chains regularly. Try Marco’s, you’ll love it. We don’t go to the other guys ever. And I gotta say, the Cheese pizza will make you fall in love!! And they deliver.

Waited 5 minutes for my pickup order to be brought to my car. Had to go in and get the pizza young lady was sitting in back corner working on some sort of board, oblivious to what was happening around her. I tried to put this directly on the Marcos Pizza site but it requires setting up an account which i will not do. This occured on Wednesday evening around 5:15 – 5:20pm at your new princess anne rd location in Virginia Beach. This would not have bothered me if I went into the store and the store was busy. No other cars in the lot, the cook was busy, but the counter person was sitting off in a corner, and was totally clueless.

Very disappointed sorry to say placed an order for a family size salad and pizza. The salad was dated packed on July 20th at 1p.m, the lettuce was watery, tomatoes were soft least to say banana peppers were only thing fresh. So on that note my husband called back to the store to tell the young lady about the salad and her reply was “Saying to say what”? That’s definitely not good customer service and she went on to say our salads are packed daily and we sell older ones first I definitely didn’t want a salad from 7/20 in which today date is 7/24. So you can’t say fresh and then sell a product packed on an earlier date. I work with customer service for over 28 years and would never respond to a customer like that. I definitely won’t be returning to this place of business again. Please go over correct customer service with staff when it comes to telephone conversations

I really enjoy Marco’s Pizza. It is close by the Norfolk base which makes it easy to get to for lunch. They offer pineapple as a topping which is amazing because it is the best topping for a pizza. The offer garlic butter crust which is somthing that really makes it stand out in the pizza industry. They have pretty good deals if you order online and open at 11am.

I had a meatball craving that I just had to satisfy and Marcos Pizza came through! It was my 1st time at a Marcos and being a chain restaurant I really didn’t expect much, but they have an item called the “Meatball Bake” just meatballs, sausage, sauce, and piles of cheese that blew my taste buds away!! If you are a meat lover you have got to try it!!!

I ordered pizza here for the first time. I used the phone app, because it offered a discount. The pizza was fantastic. I ordered the large deluxe and I ate half of it! I wanted to eat more but chose not to… Needless to say, I’ll order from there again.
