I came to this Dunkin Donuts instead of the one on 203 Broadhollow road(which is closer but the service is prison quality) I usually get a matcha latte with additional scoops of matcha powder and the staff here accommodated to my request without any hassle which I appreciate. The speed of their service is above average but I find the quality of the food provided to be more important and they did just that, the croissant sandwich and drinks were made perfectly. The staff member (I think it was the manager) who was helping me gave me her utmost attention with my order and any questions that I had. Keep up the good work ladies. Your efforts and attention are appreciated 🙂

The angels themselves would be unable to sing praises pertaining the efficacy of their pastry and caffeinated drink crafting and sheer enjoyment this establishment provide me from my usually weekly vist at sun up. A confluence of kindred donut making artisans manufacture your meals to perfection whilst you wait in a sedentary position enjoy the buzz of society functioning but your wait is not one of an extended duration but rather expedited. The holy priests and priestess of the donut variety bids you farewell with enthusiasm with your various confectionery and/or drink. Truly a gem in these trying times.

So their schedule says they open at 5am. The 3 times I stop by appx 545am for something to eat the old lady always says the oven “is not ready because I just opened, maybe another 30 mins” that’s ridiculous! It’s never even busy at that time to say it would slow other people orders, that’s just lazy.

Coffee and bagels are always fresh the staff here is the absolute best. Once I pull up to the front they start making the coffee for me and I really appreciate that. Donuts and munchkins are always fresh so much so I have to take a break from the sweets.

This is my worst Dunkin Donuts experience. The staff in the Old Bethpage is cool or I could say rude. First, they don’t have respond when I greet to them. This may be understandable since they need to work early and don’t have mood to please their customer? Then when they took my order, they react unpatient and not play attention on what they are doing. Also, I found out the sandwich they prepared is under-cooked or the croissant already got bad since the croissant is so hard and difficult to chew. It looks the flour still stick together but not puffy as the normal croissant.
