I recently visited Barley Mow again and was blown away by the quality of their dishes. The Avocado Toast was a standout dish, with a stunning presentation and a perfect balance of flavors. The acidity of the pickled onions balanced out the sweetness of the mushrooms, and the pesto oil added a light and fresh component to the dish. The eggs were deliciously creamy and fluffy, and the Cheddar Scram Sammie sandwich was a 9/10. This sandwich combines their signature fluffy eggs with gooey melted cheddar cheese to create an elevated egg salad sandwich. Overall, I would give Barley Mow a 10/10 for brunch and would definitely return every weekend if I could.

Cozy ambience and amazing food. I highly suggest their cheesecake crepe, the crepe itself is buttery soft with crispy edges and that alone is to die for the cheesecake in it is a soufflé cheesecake which made it even better. I haven’t felt this happy eating food in a long time. If you’re having a bad day, go here and eat their cheesecake crepe!

The steak salad over mustard greens is one of the best salads I have ever had. Their menu is unique and delicious. Cool place, great staff, go on a Wednesday or Sunday when artist Yenna Hill is tending bar! She is the best. Love this place!

If I could give The Barley Mow 6/5 stars I would. This place has some of the best and most creative food you can get in the area. Today I got the Slab Bacon Sliders and an Iced coffee and it did not disappoint. Everything is always fresh, perfectly cooked and delicious. The service is always fast. If there for dinner, try the French Onion Soup Mac & Cheese, one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to The Barley Mow many many times and have never once left disappointed.
