I don’t know what is going on with Burger King but they are getting really bad at getting orders out at it efficient time. Just now left on a Tuesday evening, there were people in the drive-through only, which was all the way out to the street. Sat there and waited for a good 15 minutes before I realized the line wasn’t moving. So I decided to go in, not a single person was eating inside. All of a sudden traffic through the drive-through starts going through every single one of those people got their orders before we did and then when we asked for certain sauces they were out.

I hardly ever make reviews .. but …The last few times I went to this location the food is cold and seems like they throw whatever in your bag. I asked for no ketchup twice and no cheese. Still Got both on my burger. I also asked for a cheeseburger with only cheese…they still gave a burger with the works. The burger looked old too. I think they just grab food to get you out of the drivethru. THEN to top it off, the fries were old and cold. I’m not sure if they know how to read or just being LAZY. I also asked for extra veggies and was charged for them, but did not receive my extra veggies. How hard is it to provide good customer service and make your food correctly? Especially when you’re the only car in line?? Be real. Please do better

There doing very good!! We from out of town an have gotten use to stopping in Brownfield on way to Doctor in Lubbock for B-fest an then on way back home to Seminole- we get dinner. We spend about $40-50 round trip, 2 3 times a month. An they are always so happy an nice an helpful! An the order is always right!! Thank y’all could use some coupons in mail.

With Levelland having such limited options, we have given this location more chances than it deserves. Not once have we ordered here and gotten our order correct. The last two times I have thrown my food away rather than take a single bite of the mayonnaise saturated sludge ball they try to pass off as a Whopper. You would be better off at literally any other restaurant in town. We spend $25 to feed our dumpster every time.

A local place for me. I used to brag about this Burger King. It was great service at one time. Now, like McDonald’s down the street their ice cream machine is always, always down. And again and again and again the order taker never listens. I repeated my order to him at the inside counter three times. 3 times which should be a clue as I did not want ketchup on my burger. I got ketchup. Oh my, so simple. No ketchup and you get it even after repeated 3 times. This place has fallen apart. I for one, don’t have to stop here and I won’t. It used to be fantastic. But, I think the owner fell asleep at the helm. She used to have a great restaurant. It has fallen to the same level as McDonalds down the street. Thank goodness Braums listens and they always, always, always have shakes. Rant over.

We just got food and two of the cheeseburgers buns were super stale and hard. My daughter is missing her chicken nuggets and the food is cold!! We aren’t a family that gets to go out to eat often. So when we do we fully expect the food to be good. Really disappointed to have spent our money and got this quality of food. Made me sad honestly.

Ok so first of all I have to give a five star for the service and manager! Last time I came here they were swamped with orders and they line was long but we ordered from the app so we went inside,but the thing that stood out was when they had one person coming in complaining and making a scene the manager kept her cool and talked calmly to the frustrated customer and made sure that when she left she left happy!! Definitely better than the other fast food place here in town
