Just walked in there to grab donuts for the kids first day of school tomorrow. There were at least four or five workers behind the desk and not one acknowledged that I was standing there I finally walked out after a few minutes of standing there while they walked past me over and over without even acknowledging me. Mind you I was the only person in there and there was only one person in the drive-thru.

This particular one is my absolute favorite! The ladies, excuse me, the baristas are always very friendly. On top of that the drinks always come out looking exactly like the pictures. You may think that it’s no big feat but mixing liquids in my experience has been difficult. But these experts, they make it look easy! Always a pleasant experience when I visit here. The app is convenient yet I signed up because I have shell rewards and get perks but the food was ice cold and I had to substitute one of my items not finding out until I got there.The coffee was good and staff was kind of welcoming when I came in. This location has been consistently terrible every time I’ve gone. Each time, there is a huge line, slow service, rude staff, forgotten items and watered down coffee. I’m actually drinking my cold brew from there now that tastes like they added 50% water to the batch. I would not be surprised if this is the staff policy to purposely water the coffee down because they’re too lazy to make more. As you can see in the picture below, the coffee looks like iced tea. A black cold brew is not supposed to be transparent. The only reason I continue to visit this location is because it is so close to my home. But after so many horrible experiences, I’m just going to start making the longer drive to the location on Route 30.

I come here several times a week. Over a year ago I felt their service and attitudes were awful. Last winter I noticed newer employees or just ones I haven’t seen before. They are awesome! My order is accurate about 99 percent of the time which is rare when it comes to coffee. Attitudes are always great and they go above and beyond!
