Ordered my pizza tonight and have no idea what’s going on. They must’ve hired a new WORSE crew recently because the place was over 30min late with my pizza and had a line waiting out the door. After being told I’d have to wait (for 20min btw) they proceeded to hand out 3 other pizzas to people who ordered after me while my pizza sat and got cold. I know it was their fault too because I rushed home (only 1-2 miles) and my pizza was so cold that we all had to microwave it to eat it. The store manager was there too and did nothing to help the crew, just told them they better get the store clean and left. The woman behind the counter was sweet but I’ll now be going to the Domino’s further away. This stuff is too expensive to taste like butt AND wait over 45min for it. Toppings were also all over the place and pizza was cut badly. Kinda ruined our date night, thanks.

This particular Domino’s restaurant has really good food. You need to watch out and make sure they are charging you right because I’ve had some issues, like having my gift card charged twice for the same order and then they still tried telling me I needed to go back and pay. So just make sure you get a receipt . But…. Other than that the food was really tasty and not. Too greasy.

Ordered food online 5:40 PM, waited, tracker says that the delivery is complete 6:48, no food anywhere. Call the store put on hold (over objections to doing so) for just over 11 minutes. Told that they had a issue and that it was on its way. never called me to inform me about any delay or issue, just marked it complete even though they had delivered nothing. order finally complete from a store 12 blocks away at 7:10. No forks for the pasta, one of which is less than half full. This place needs a manager that can actually do the job or get someone that could check to make sure the employees are not sending out half an order like the Alfredo pasta.

We placed an online order around 5pm. Around 5:40pm they routed their driver in ahead of time so that they can keep decent times, i confirmed that when i called about 10 minutes later and they apologized and explained the driver was on his way and they just routed him back in early. About 20 minutes later we got a call saying our pizza was on the way. Our pizza got here around 6:40pm. The time quoted was 40 minutes, it does that based off of how busy they are. Even of they had to remake some of our food, an hour and 40 minutes is rediculous.

You’re telling me door dash figured out how to verify delivery via the phone number you have to provide but that arcane solution somehow eluded this particular driver? This dominos rarely lets us down. It’s a small location in a hard to get in and out of parking lot. But they have good customer service, and the pizza is usually on point. If you live in the area and want some good pizza and wings. Maybe even a pasta or something they got you. I e been ordering from this store for awhile now and like I said very rarely had any issues with delivery, or I store pick ups. Give them a try.
