It’s totally unprofessional. The business hours say 10:00 am the workers were strolling in around 10:25 and told me they are running behind because all the employees were not there yet and they still needed to count the register. When I finally ordered my food and waited 32 mins for it, which made no sense at all, they had little to no sides because they said the truck didn’t come in thier drink machine wasn’t working so I had to use the stores drink machine which were also limited . The TV screen that shows the menu was broken as well, and the cashier didn’t know much it was a total disaster, but at least the food tasted good . I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location, though.

Fresh hot crispy chicken, delicious honey butter biscuits and warm apple pie. Just perfect. The only downside is that they stop cooking chicken before closing time so you’re out of luck after 6:30 PM

Not sure if it is any good or not. Google said it was open until 10:00 pm. I got there a little after 8:00 and they were already closed. Just wanted a quick dinner after being on the road all day. Ended up going to the Taco Bell next to it. Just moved to the area so I am sure I will have a chance to try again sometime and can update my review then.

The gentleman working last night just made my night! I had just driven 700 miles. He was so polite and kind and brought me back to life with a smile on my face. They were pretty busy when I came through and had run out of a couple of items, but he suggested other items I didn’t know about, and we ended up liking his suggestions even better than our usuals. I went to Church’s for the food but was delighted to find genuine hospitality too. It is rare to meet genuinely kind people like him. I’ll be stopping here to eat every time I pass through.

The service here was horrible and to me horrible is not a strong enough word. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. Yes there was only 3 people working there one running the driver through, one at the front counter and the cook. The manager was running the drive through and got his orders ok quick as possible. The girl at the front counter was taking her sweet time, she was moving slower than a snail. She didn’t care that she had a line of people waiting for food and to place orders. She was in no kind of rush. One customer asked the manager to take his order because he had some where to be after the manager did she had the nerve to ask the customer what his problem was. Good thing she didn’t ask me or she would have been told about herself. She then had to get the receipts from the customers who already paid to find out what they ordered to fix it. One customer requested a refund and left only reason I didn’t ask for a refund is because we paid with a card and I don’t trust card refunds. When we finally got our food I asked for hot sauce and she walked off without giving us any. At this point we just said forget it and left. I will say the chicken was good that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.

It took over 40 minutes, not a long line, and they still left off the biscuits. About 7 minutes after I paid for the food, she comes back and asks if she even took my order. A little shocked, I said, “Yes!” She asks for the receipt and says they were waiting for chicken….for 40 minutes?! Well, like my husband said, “There’s a reason why we only eat here every three years.”

Oh boy. Even though the drive through was not working, we still got the freshest meal at a great price. Kids were super happy, everyone had to take a nap at home after eating, homework was not done. It was comparable to home cooked, and I didn’t have to wash any dishes. Definitely a favorite every now-and-then!
