Came in and the worker waiting on us was having a hard time getting her code working. She asked for help from the manager and then came back to try it again. Without thinking she said her code out loud and without thinking about it I said “well we know the code that doesn’t work”. She got very agitated that I said that and I said I was sorry, that I was trying to be funny and I wasn’t funny. Our group of 6 finished ordering and all the food came out. Everything except my food. The worker indicated she knew that we were missing that food and refused to finish the order. The manager came over and asked what we needed and finished the order. The manager seemed nice enough, but definitely not the best service or experience.

They had a 85 for the health rating and the bathroom was absolutely horrible. Brown smeered on the wall and urine smell alone was atrocious. Had I of seen the health score upon entering I wouldn’t have let my son eat there. I don’t plan to stop at this location again. That said he seemed to like the food and the cashier was friendly overall. So 3 stars but they need to work on cleaning the bathrooms more frequently. I personally don’t recommend unless you have no options.

Supreme meal:missing the biscuit, cold tough chicken fingers probably been cooked hours before, no fry seasoning on fries even after asking for extra fry seasoning per the reason I come to bojangles. Following the same terrible customer service that was given first and second when I went back through the drive through to ask for the fry seasoning I had already asked for once before. Can’t believe a business is fine with such rude staff representing their business. Never a greeting nor smile, total and sometimes and receipt given back to have proof of the terrible meal served to me. Really disappointed bojangles, you could do better.

We ordered Macaroni and Cheese ar around 10:30am. We were told when we ordered that it would take a half hour. We were fine waiting and paid. After sitting for around 45 min 11:15am we were told that they were just not going to be able to get us the macaroni and cheese and that they gave us fries instead. No offer of a refund, no asking what substitutions we wanted. Just heres your food with some fries instead of what you ordered.

By far the worst Bojangles experience that I’ve had personally. Bojangles is one of my absolute favorite fast food restaurants, and I left extremely disappointed. The Men’s Room was absolutely disgusting, still had waste on the seat, and smelled horrendous. I’m not sure if it’s the time that I went, but it was around noon. The lady taking orders was nice but far too slow. The food came out cold and the portions were far less than any other location I’ve been to. The Bo’Berry biscuit was almost redeeming. I see why the health score is 86.

I would give ni stars if it allowed me to. Sat at the drive thru for at least 3-4 minutes and no one said a word. Drove to the window to see if the speaker was messed up and the workers had a horrible attitude. I said I’d drive back around to make the order if it was a problem. Worst service ever!!

First, I love Bojangles chicken recipe and the sides. This store has had its problems with staffing and management (who didn’t during COVID and right after) but has recently improved again and seems more consistent. The food is still great! Fried chicken is amazing. We usually order the 2-piece breast/wing meal with potatoes and coleslaw. And of course, their biscuits are divine. For breakfast I like their steak biscuit. Good coffee, real cream. Yummy. Definitely recommend.
