This is a food truck parked directly outside the entrance to Lowe’s. My partner and I shared a Seattle dog, which cost $8.80 post tax. The hot dog was very well done, it had been split in half then grilled, little bit charred on the outside and piping hot. The Seattle dog comes with cream cheese and grilled onions as well, which ended up being very tasty.

Anytime I’m at the Lowe’s around lunchtime, I have to stop outside the entrance and get a hamburger from here. Just a hint of crispiness to the bun, just enough fat in the beef to flavor things but not so much to make it a greasy mess. Nothing fancy, just the satisfaction of a great burger from a family cookout or camping trip.

Janet is very very awesome, she makes the best bbq bacon cheeseburger without the cheese so amazing! Really professional and great attitude! The owner is really good too! His name is Jose!

The previous owner had a gal working here who made absolutely perfect dogs and burgers. Price for $5 included a basic dog and pop. Tried a burger from the new owner. This was a total disappointment and disaster. It was burnt past the hardness of shoe leather (which would have had better taste and more moisture). Horrible!!!!

Some of the best hot dogs I’ve had! The PB&J dog is delicious and I would highly recommend giving it a shot!

The dogs are good. I had the Seattle dog; wife tried the peanut butter and raspberry jam dog. Both were good, but nothing great. I doubt I’d go back though because of the cost. $8 for a footlong is overpriced.

Located in the parking lot of Lowe’s Home Improvement Rainier store right in front of the main entrance to the store. Pretty good dogs, lots of flavor. They also have hamburgers and Fries now. Pop and chips and a few other things too. Cash and cards accepted. They also have a few tables right outside so you can sit and eat.

The food was great, but the service was terrible, the guy was extremely rude. I ordered my food and waited at the pick up window, this guy gave me the hot dog and was going to prepare my cheeseburger, and asked me if I wanted the drinks (A coke and a dr pepper) now or by the time the cheeseburger was ready, I said: “ I can have it now “, he gave me the coke and went to prepare the cheeseburger, and then I said: “I can also have the Dr Pepper “, he didn’t answered or said anything, and then I said: “Excuse me?”, Because I thought he didn’t hear me, and he said: “Hey, I’m busy now “ and brought the Dr Pepper right away. I got really confused after that attitude, I went to eat my food and said: “ This place is not gonna have my money again”, apparently he heard and got mad at me and never called me again to give me the cheeseburger, after awhile, I needed to ask him about my order, and he said: “I already called you twice about 10 minutes ago “, I said: “How did you called me twice, and I didn’t hear you if I was here all the time?”, and he just repeated it again. After that I decided to argue with that guy, got that cheeseburger and threw it away. For some reason that guy decided to treat me like that after giving him 20% tip, I regretted so bad of tipping that guy, and learned one thing, NEVER TIP BEFORE YOU GET SERVED, you will regret if something like that happen.

Alas, Rain City was a one and done. Overpriced and tasteless. Grew up on Top Dog and Nathan’s in the Bay Area: Primo. You’re better off buying a dog at 711.
