I showed it to Sam and Aron for help. They total brushed me off and kept working. No effort to assist? Especially after I come to this location often. Poor customer service.

PSA: If you have not used your Dunkin’ Donuts coupons from your Rams Discount card, the Grayson location have stop accepting them although they do not expire until 6/1/2023! The manager/cashier said, “corporate and our franchise said they do not support it and to stop taking them! Dunkin’ Donut Grayson, you should have not agreed to be a sponsor on the card if you were not going to hold up your end of the agreement!

Dunkin’ is my favorite place for extraordinary cold brews or donut or my favorite (avocado toast) I usually use the drive through. The workers are friendly. If you need something extra, they will go out of their way to get it for you. I also live the reward points.

Wow… where to start. First this is the worst parking lot in the history of parking lots. If you drive anything other than a sub compact, don’t even try. You have to do a u-turn to get out of the drive-thru. Once I managed to park my truck (Ram 1500) I walked in to order. I tried to order 2 drinks and 25 glazed munchkins. I can’t order glazed munchkins at the kiosk so I stepped up to the counter. I waited for a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. I tried to order there but was told that they only take cash at the counter. So after fighting my way into the parking lot, I am leaving empty handed because I can’t order what I want at a stupid kiosk and customer service is non existent here. It is a shame that this place is a mile from home but is unable to serve me the very simple order I requested. I would go through the drive-thru but I would get stuck.
