Not sure why I keep trying to patronize this location. I’ve had pretty consistent sub-par customer experiences over the last several years. Some decent service, but way too many bad ones.

The employees today were much better than I’ve experienced in quite a while. Very friendly, helpful, and one even went out of his way for my granddaughter and me. It’s the little things that can make a big difference.

I believe this is the last time I go here. I ordered a Philly cheese steak on white bread. Got home and discovered it was on a wheat bread or something like it. Ate half and it had a lot of pickles or relish on it which I did not order – not good . I would have taken it back, but the 2 working behind the counter were rude and it was not worth it. When taking my order, he basically just mumbled at me. One whispered something as I sat down and they had a good laugh. (doesn’t matter if it was about me, just a rude thing to do in general). When my sandwich was finished, he shouted my name as loud as he could even though I was sitting right in front of him. I said thank you as I was leaving and a long pause and a very harsh “no problem”. I rarely write up bad reviews, but this one warrented it. It was Saturday evening between 5 and 6..

The google map hours state they close at 9pm, the hours on the doors of the restaurant state they close at 9pm, yet I show up to the restaurant at 8:30pm and the lights are on, someone is inside, but the restaurant is closed. I’m assuming the restaurant closed a lot sooner than 8:30pm because I’d been calling since 8:15pm, to place an order over the phone, and no one answered. It’s extremely annoying when employees close a place early when the owner is not there.

Adequate parking. Good selection of submarine sandwiches, chips, cookies and sodas. Friendly and helpful staff. Dine in, take out as well as pick up available.

Some female (Ethan?) was berating her coworkers to the point of embarrassment. I had to go back for a tweak on my order and as the gentleman behind the counter was apologizing and asking again for the details on my order, she was yelling “I know you are talking about me!” to him across the restaurant. Although my order was corrected for free, her attitude needs to be.

This Firehouse sub is the best! The owner and general manager, Mr. DJ and Mr. Javon know their sandwiches. They constantly strive to innovate their recipes, and they foster a great dinning experience. It’s truly a pleasure to go to this Firehouse subs.

food was ok. the wait wasn’t. ordered 6:45 and was given a 7:25 pickup time. i show up at 7:20 and someone else walked in just in front of me ordered at the counter and had their food in about 10 minutes. another person showed up after 7:30 ordered and got their food in around 10 or 15 minutes as well. finally i got my sandwich at 7:50. i understand being short staffed but where is the priority for people who order earlier. what’s the point in ordering in advance if i have to wait an hour for my sandwich but people who walk in after my pickup time and order get their food before me

Really unfortunate location. I’ve been here a few times and have ordered both in person and on the mobile app. Regardless of ordering online or in person, it takes over 30 minutes for the food to be made. This would be understandable at a fine establishment serving multi course meals, but they are making sandwiches! Now, I have to give them credit… there is never more than two people working here but still! I’m not sure I’ll be coming back to this location or a firehouse again. There are other sandwich places that do it just as good, in less time.

First visit ever to a Firehouse Subs. Good food overall, inviting space, friendly staff, but unusually slow for the time of day (5:30pm on a Sunday). Will go back and hope for faster service.
