I was pleasantly surprised to find good Mexican food while visiting Omaha. The food is better than anticipated. The service was prompt and friendly. The ambiance is worthy of a good Tex-Mex restaurant.

Definitely the place to go for Taco Tuesday. They had $3 tacos and if you go during Happy Hour (3p-6p) you can also enjoy half priced apps. It really makes for a lot of food for a decent price.

I’ve been here twice and am very impressed. I love the salsa that is served with the chips. It’s tasty and not too spicy. The strawberry mango salad is to die for. The carnitas tacos are excellent as is the Mexican corn on the cob. Service has been excellent both times.

I was glad to see this space in use again at Midtwon Park, and it was Mexican food. The bar has nice decorations and a cool vibe, the booths and main seating area are kept from the previous restaurant. The menu looked great, and had a couple of my favorites on it, so I was excited. Unfortunately everything was just good. I love Mole sauce dishes and they are hard to find in Omaha. The mole chicken enchiladas, were good, but there are others in town that are better. It just seemed like it was missing something. Another hard to find dish is Sopapillas – the soft puffy kind. The ones here were thicker, more dense, and not that puffy (even the waitress thought so). So once again, there are better versions of the dish elsewhere. And speaking of the waitress, she was more interested in the Husker game than serving us. In fact, the hostess saw that we needed drink refills and she got them for us. When the waitress did return it was to bring our check, not to see if we needed anything else (which we did – the Sopapillas). So like I said, the food was good (just not exceptional in any way), and the service could be better, thus the 3 stars.

All 3 times service has been horrible. They don’t check on you, you also sit long periods of time. The tacos are very small. Street taco. I would rather spend less and get authentic street tacos in South O. Chicken is always dry. Margaritas are not strong at all. I do enjoy one of their steak dishes it is amazing. The rice is also good and black beans.

When we walked in, it seemed like no one was working as no one greeted us at the door. Abraham eventually came to seat us. He was working many roles hence the delay when we entered. He did a pretty good job managing seating, serving, taking orders, refilling drinks, etc. even though he was the only one we saw working almost the whole time we were there.

Greg was great when I took my mom and daughter out. He was great attending to my young child and making sure she was happy. To me that makes a world of difference when eating out, having a happy toddler. The tacos are always fantastic, my favorite is the shrimp or the fish ones. We have also ordered catering order before and they met all of our needs. Seriously just go!

Well my wife and I had tried to give this place a second chance. Originally we came here and ordered a grilled chicken salad, the chicken was under cooked.

I treated my entire office staff and their families here for dinner. The atmosphere was great and everyone loved their food, including the kids. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas (pictured) and street corn. Several people raved about the fajitas. The portions are very good for the price. The service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back! So great to have another locally, family-owned restaurant in the area.
