We’ve been to this Panda Express several times, four times recently to pick up to-go orders and twice we had it delivered from their website directly. Their own delivery was $8 less than Uber Eats and faster, drivers were all friendly. We were pleased with our orders. Tasted good and is consistent. Portions big enough to fill up and have some left over. Plenty of meat and veg. Fresh egg rolls that weren’t greasy. To me it is the same as other Pandas. I will say that In past the service delivery was lukewarm and could have been less bored or ready to stop for closing time. Stars adjusted up after latest pick up. Nice chap who handed over the food was polite and friendly. Maybe they’re reading their reviews and making improvements. They’ve never run out of anything we wanted to order. We did need to ask for hot mustard and sweet and sour twice now but a handful was happily handed it over then he wished us a good evening. Note, I didn’t visit the restrooms. Other Panda Express restrooms are very clean. Can’t comment on this one to confirm or disagree with other reviewers.

I looove Panda but I will definitely not be returning to this location. Service was quick, went in drive-thru. Ordered chow mein noodles with beef and broccoli. First off, just by looking at it the beef and broccoli has absolutely no sauce or very little on it. The chow mein was okay, a little cold. The brocolli could’ve been cooked more and some more sauce would’ve been great. You would think they’d put more beef and brocolli too but I guess this is what you get with the bowl portion.

They barely have anything fresh. They were rude whenever it was time for the beyond chicken. They are stingy with the food and barely give anything. They also like to close early. Tonight I found the torn piece of sweet & sour packet (the piece you break off when you open it) in my chow mein. How did this get here? It was in the middle of the carton. I won’t be back.

I ordered chow mein with orange chicken and sriracha shrimp, this was on Thursday June 22nd. The food didn’t seem that fresh. I am now suffering from food poisoning and this is day two. Will not returning to this location and it’s safe to say no Panda Express for me in the near future.

Every time this location has AWFUL customer service! Gabriela has HORRIFIC customer service skills, so rude and unprofessional! She refused to give me my mobile order through the drive-through line. Then when I walked in she didn’t greet me other than saying “what can I get you” with an angry look on her face. Then she slipped my food together as if she was bothered that I came to order. She put the food down next to the cashier and walked away without saying anything to me. Absolutely horrible experience at this location, I did not even bother speaking to the manager because she looked at us customers as if we were bothering her as well.

Ordered online while ago and husband went in to pick up. They told him someone already got it. They gave our food away to someone else. The manager there was very uncooperative and did not want to help in any way! Told my husband he would have to pay again for a mistake one of his employees made!! Will definitely not be going there again.

I love Panda Express but this is the worst location I’ve ever experienced. I watched the manager put food back into the pan from a plate after a customer touched the food. So disgusting to see.
