I had to add to the review. The manager was an amazing guy. Homeless man came in while we were there. He asked for something to drink and the guy said absolutely no problem. We need more people like that. Generous of heart. If we ever pass through that part of West Virginia again. We will plan to make a visit.

Very poor customer service. The person taking our order wasn’t helpful at all . We asked if they had any specials on their roast beef sandwiches. The employee said “yes”… So then we had to ask “Well what are they?” I would think if somebody is asking about the specials you should probably just tell them, but that’s just me. She also sounded annoyed that we were asking questions. The food was bad quality. The curly fries were cold and all broken end pieces. I would just say don’t ever go here. They don’t seem to want customers. We’ve also had problems with them closing early, or turning off all the lights to make it look like they’re closed.

Phone app wont work with this specific Arby’s for some odd reason. Also, not on anything like DoorDash. Dining area closes way too early as well. Place is way behind the times.

It’s fast food, so I can’t rate it any higher than that. But, it didn’t taste like it had been sitting under a lamp for a day so it wasn’t bad (I just ordered a buffalo chicken slider). The window person was darling and kind and helpful and was sweet to my pups. He was much appreciated. Was in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 mins.

Stopped by to try the Wagyu Burger, the sauce was good, the burger was a bit charred and on the dry side. Not what I expected out of the best meat in the world but it’s not the meats fault it was over cooked. The flavors were good but was disappointing because of the over cooking. Crinkle fries and chocolate shake were good.
