This place should totally have a higher rating. The staff is great, the pizza is so delicious and the salad bar is awesome! I was visiting from Kooskia and I was so impressed with the pizza. Evan the gluten free pizza was good. They have a small arcade which was great for the kids. I was impressed!

No matter what time you come in, the lady with the short brown hair in charge always yells out obnoxiously its a 45-minute wait. It was as if she didn’t want customers always trying to talk them out of eating in-house. The two young boys are constantly messing around. Right after they were playing catch with the frozen chicken and dropped it on the ground, they then proceeded to play in the cheese with their bare, unwashed hands. All of them are lazy except one lady she was working quietly in the back doing her job she wasn’t a teen or young adult she was responsible and staying on task.

When you live in a small town people think local food is the best thing there is. This pizza is nothing special. It’s honestly pretty bad. EVEN Little cezars is a lot better and way cheaper. Their calzones are not great either. People need to go to lewston and try any other pizza. I really hope someone opens a different pizza place here. Any other pizza place would outsell this one. They have way to many teenagers there. All they do is mess around. If you anyone is reading my review, please go eat somewhere else. Go to the food market and buy frozen pizza. It will be 5 to 10 dollars and way better. You can add more cheese and vegetables yourself to it. The health inspector needs to be called on this place. I did not see anyone wash their hands.

We traveled all day and had nothing to eat. I tried to order online for pickup, it kept giving me errors so I called over 8 times between 10-10:25 and they IGNORED ME and wouldn’t answer so THEN we drove into town as it was the only place “open” and the lady was beyond rude and was like nope, we are closed… I said I have two starving kids and you’re open til 11pm. She shooed me out. Clearly you DONT want business, maybe change your hours if you’re not actually open and probably hire staff that common sense to be a decent human and train y’all staff on appropriate customer service.

Tonight was my first night trying the pizza factory!! My food was absolutely perfect. The lady who helped me named Mariah was absolutely amazing, very generous and told me a little about the food and what she liked. Very good work team!!! Most definitely recommend coming here!!

Went in and ordered food. Waited and waited. Noticed 2 boxes of food get put on top of the pizza oven. Asked the girl if that was my food. She said No. Didn’t bother to look or ask. Others that came in 15 minutes after me had already been served and were well into their meal at this point. After approx 15 more mins a lady brought me 2 boxes. The ones on top of the oven were no longer there. Asked her if these were those boxes. Yes, she says. I told her that I had asked the other girl and that they weren’t mine. She said the girl was new. No. No, she isn’t. I’ve seen her 2 weeks before when I was there. So, my food had been sitting out getting cold for probably 30 mins or more. The service sucks. Kids working, joking, playing behind the counter, and not paying attention to the job or customers.

Ordered a xlarge combo and large pepperoni. Was charged $39. Waited 45 minutes, was brought combo and was told pepperoni was coming out by guy that delivered to our table. Waited 15 minites finally went up to counter and was told we didnt order a pepperoni pizza. Girl behind counter with “eye shadow” has always been a complete ditz when we’ve eaten here. She didnt punch in pepperoni when we ordered. Waited another 30 minutes for 2nd pizza. Too bad Silver Dollar wasnt open tonight. Hands down much better pizza and service.
