It’s food. Not offensive, but not particularly enjoyable. Nothing seems a problem with the employees or service at this specific location, it’s just the overall product. There always seems to be coupons available, but the food is just not cheap enough for how cheap it tastes. The dough on the hand tossed “NY-style” tastes and feels like the kind of stuff that would be perfectly fine on a $6 frozen pizza you grabbed from the supermarket, not something you paid $16 for at a restaurant. The “Detroit-style” tastes like budget Pizza Hut pan pizza. The sausage tastes like cheap, mass-produced bits that came from a giant bucket. But, the worst part of all: the mushrooms come from a can. Come on, that’s cheap, gross and lazy. Overall, I doubt we’ll ever be back, but I would certainly eat a slice were it offered at a company function or something.

I know objectively that Jet’s is not great pizza, but I also know that Jet’s hits a particular craving for greasy but not too greasy comfort food. The sauce is tasty enough that we sometimes order extra just to have later in the week. The deep dish bread with pizza dipping sauce, with the not-fancy powdered Parmesan all over it is meant to be consumed on the couch while watching a movie, followed by Oreos n Cream ice cream straight from the container. Recommend the feta and olives. If they added green olives as a possible topping, I would be in so much trouble.

I really enjoy Jets Pizza, but I’m really disappointed in my latest visit. There were three workers on staff and no one seemed to bother helping anyone with pickups and deliveries. In many instances they looked at us and went back to the task at hand. The line continued to pile up despite pickups sitting behind the counter ready to be picked up. Really disappointed.

Great deep dish pizza! Jets Triple Cheese Turbo Stix were freaking amazing! They did happen to be out of the bone in chicken wings this evening. The boneless ones were edible, but nothing to get excited about. No fountain drinks at this location. But they do have some soda on bottles. Quick service and super friendly wait staff! Big Cheddar approved!!

Ordered Uber eats – which was great. The driver delivered our ordered and waited at the door to tell us that the restaurant would not give him the full order (missing the salad and drink). On top of the missing items the chicken wings were barely sauced (picture posted)

My family really likes Jets, especially the deep dish pizza. But the last couple of deliveries have been terrible. I’m only writing this review to forewarn others about Jets sometimes using third-party delivery services. This time it took an hour and a half to arrive. We called to tell them the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong house (went to 2 houses across the street from us), our pizzas are cold and they forgot our salad. They told us it was a doordash driver (I did NOT order through doordash! I went through the Jets website) and they would send our salad out. They did give us our salad and a discount credit for our next order, so that was great! But if I had known it would be delivered through a third party we wouldn’t have had it delivered. If we order in the future it will only be pick up so we can avoid any of these issues.

They mistakenly gave my order to someone else and took full responsibility of their mistake. They came up with a solution I could agree to, offered additional services complimentary with a smile. I didn’t have to yell or get an attitude. I’ve had excellent service and a great product in the past and I will continue to patronize. Good job to the team here and management. Thank you! You’ve showed me as a small business owner how it’s done!
