I ordered 80 dollars worth of food through Uber eats and it defaulted to an address I was nearby vs my home address. I immediately went to change the address (less than 3 minutes after ordering) only to find out my home address wasn’t in the delivery zone, so I cancelled the order. Even though I cancelled my order less than 5 minutes after placing it, I was informed I wouldn’t be issued a refund since the merchant accepted my order. According to Uber customer service , the merchant wasn’t willing to issue the refund. This is poor customer service!! I wasn’t even offered a partial refund. Even if the merchant started my order there is no way they had my order even half fulfilled ! Not in the less than 5 minutes it took for me to cancel it! Now I’m out 80 dollars.

I ordered tacos and there was pieces of broken tooth picks inside the meat, this was for me and my kids and my little one almost choked, I should sue and close yous down. Iam so passed off.

I’ve gotten food from here twice and both times it was fantastic. The staff are friendly and the food was prepared in a timing manner. Between the two visits we’ve had tacos, tostadas, chimichangas, and burritos, both of the asada and al pastor varieties and all were delicious.
