Not exactly killing it. While the food is always pretty good, you would expect an attempt at cleanliness. Yes, they are crowded, but a 35 minute wait is better than 30, if you have a clean table to sit at, and place to discard your trash. Smh.

This chipotle is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. They regularly run out of chips and other ingredients well before they are scheduled to close. When you order take out – expect your order to be missing an important ingredient – avoid if you can.

Probably the dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever seen. Bathroom wear filthy and the garbage cans overflowing. There weren’t even that many people there. They were also out of some ingredients and utensils.

The staff was very rude. Not sure if he couldnt hear me or pretend he didnt understand me. I had to repeat myself several times to get the sauce on the sides. When I sat down to eat, he started cleaning tables, but completely ignored the tables next to me (they were very dirty with lots of trash on them). Unfriendly service. They should have been trained better.

One of the dirtiest places I have ever seen. The dining area was filthy. Every table had garbage and trash on it. The trash can hadn’t been empty and was overflowing. There is food everywhere. I was literally disgusted and shocked and didn’t eat there upon walking in. I’m surprised they let it get that bad. Very disappointed.

I came to pick up an online order… and was met with the worst customer service. I waited for about 7 mins to even be acknowledged… and then I was only acknowledged by someone who kept eyeballing me…clearly wondering why everyone kept walking by me instead of helping me…And when I asked to speak with the manager a Marissa or something came out with an even rider demeanor. And when I said it’s fine I’ll just write my review online.. she said “ok fine” and turned and walked away. Not “I’m sorry for your experience…” no “how can we make this better” nothing… I can’t help but feel I was treated this way because of the color of my skin… all the Spanish and white pple got met with smiles and hellos… I was never greeted or anything… and the one person who attempted to help was black as well… and u can see he clearly knew the deal. It’s not ok. Chipotle will NEVER get my money again.

This place is so clean, friendly and the food was fresh and taste very good. I sat here and watched the staff quickly restock and clean the counters as well as the floor before the next guest walked in. I have never been to a more clean chipotle before. Great job guys.
