just started getting frozen coffee there cause across street restaurant, their frozen coffee machine isn’t ever working. and I have to say it’s very good nice strong tasting. I get carmel and whip cream. breakfast is good also. friendly workers.

It’s a mixed bag here. You never know if they are going to make your order right. Regularly have a 10+ minute wait in the drive-thru. They often hand out drinks for mobile orders and then don’t give me my food until I get their attention again to ask for it, like they don’t actually see my order. I’ve gotten great service and also poor service. But I love Dunkin, and Starbucks burns their coffee, so I keep going back to Dunkin… maybe one day this place will get a good team of employees.

I’ve never had so many things go wrong in a fast food restaurant. Making your customers use a kiosk to order their food when half the items you have are sold out, and the kiosk doesn’t indicate so. Then when asking for a replacement, we had to get a refund and go back to the kiosk to order something different because there was a small price difference. Too many things to list but To top it off, my latte tasted like gasoline. Over all, terrible experience.

One of the worse experiences at a Duncan and one of worse overall. They don’t ever answer the phone?? Went into store and had to wait several minutes before even being acknowledged. Three employees present only one working drive thru and counter? One sat in corner moving and dancing to the music the other roaming around in back seemingly doing nothing? Used the kiosk to order and they weren’t even aware? Was asked for order again and gave her receipt? Then went to do survey and it wouldn’t take the store #?? Nor the survey code?? I can see why. Will be calling corporate on the management of this store. Good luck here.

How do you only have oatmilk? Also why did you leave me waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes, just to tell me this? No wonder there weren’t any other customers. I recommend saving your money and your time and avoiding this place.

Literally worse drive thru I’ve ever been to in my life.. They have kids working that have no idea what they’re doing, always out of everything.. It takes 15 minute to order thru the drive thru window.. The kids are rude, and you can tell they’re miserable.. We always try to go again to see if we get a better experience. It’s always worse than the last.. We’re definitely not the only ones who feel this way, as it’s a talk around Hopkinsville how awful it is.

The last 3 times I’ve ordered from the local Dunkin, they’ve gotten something about my order wrong. When I order via the app, it seems like the staff only receives half of my order and has to ask me what I wanted.

I tried to get a smoothie they didn’t have a smoothie base. Tried to get a chocolate shake they didn’t have chocolate. They than said they were out of all basic flavors. They didn’t have spoons only forks. They repeatedly shut down at least an hr before closing. The staff members are crass and rude. I like the ice cream and this used to be a great place to go but it’s just not worth it anymore.
