Young lady at the window was ignorant. I was asking price of the Mac n cheese bowls we ordered compared to the meal price. She snapped back at me that she doesn’t control the prices. We got our food she shut the window and I still needed napkins because none were in the bag. We were traveling so once on the road we opened our food just outside of chubbuck. I do believe the chicken has been sitting under the heat lamps all day. It was dry and the breading was hard and dark. We live in another town so going back was not an option and have never had this bad of service at a KFC.

went into this KFC at 8:30 pm on April 21 this place closes at 10 pm I ordered a 2 piece meal with mac and cheese just to be told they did not have chicken if you are going to be open til ten have chicken ready. the employees acted like I was a bother did not offer any substitutes you need to do better. my rating is no stars but had to rate one star to post

I just got home and my drink slipped out of my hands twice due to the to go lid being loosely put on and just flimsy all the way around the second time I just collapsed out of my hand and spilt all over table I did not get a drink of it. Some advice is to buy better paper product lids, don’t be cheap

This kfc use to be so good. Food was great your order was always right. Lately it seems they just can’t get it right. This is the third time that our order was either missing items or we received incorrect items. Hopefully they can get it together because the food is still great if you don’t mind making multiple trips to get the order right.

Over the last year or so, the service has gotten so slow and the food quality has gone down. Things are always forgotten. Food items, and little things like the condiments and utensils. I won’t accept short staff as an excuse. When you sit in the dining are waiting for 3o minutes after you order to get your food, that’s completely unacceptable. I get my food faster at a sit down restaurant. This resturaunt was fast and delivered quality product at one time. Maybe a change in management is needed.

Watched 2 customers walk out after receiving not so much as a greeting. After about 6 minutes, they left. There honestly doesn’t seem to be a system for prioritizing customer orders. And there weren’t enough people to accommodate the late lunch crew. I would really hate to see how things are handled during lunch rush. Really disappointing that customer service isn’t important here.
