Papa johns used to be awesome pizza. Not anymore. The past few times ordering here have been not the best but tonight was unacceptable. Ordered 2 large pizzas one lights sauce extra cheese and the other extra sauce extra cheese. Neither had extra cheese, one pizza wasn’t even cut at all and the other was all bubbles and just a mess. The crust on both was very dry and hard. Wasted money tonight. How do you even let this come out of your store? No pride in your work at all. It’s sad to say that Little Caesars is probably making the best chain pizza right now. I’ll take my business there next time

Every time I ask for light sauce on the pizza what I always get is a pizza drenched in sauce, how hard is it to make a cheese pizza with light sauce! So ridiculous, will never order from this location again, they do not care about your order or pay attention to detail. Spending a good amount of money just to have to throw away food.

Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadia to go. Got to my destination and it was something else (chicken, cheese, ranch & onions; see picture). Went back a couple hours later and they made a new (correct) one at no cost and without hesitation. Very impressed!

Update!! Definitely got food poisoning from this place. Within 15 minutes of eating the pizza my stomach hurt. Each time I go to the restroom tonight, and something comes out, I hope that it’s the last and I feel better. Chills, vomiting, and diarrhea all night long, classic food poisoning. Warning to not eat from this place. I had one kind of pizza and my family had another, they are fine. You are definitely better off to get pizza from somewhere else!

I ordered at 8:22PM and the first time the order arrived, I watched the delivery driver get out of his car out of uniform, with no mask on. His car did not have a topper on it stating he was from Papa John’s. Then I proceed to watch him get my box out and set it on the roof of his car and fiddle with it (opening it just general fidgeting) and then eventually bring it up. Upon arrival it takes him probably 5 minutes to just bring up to me. I call the store and ask for a remake as it was unsettling to watch all this admist a global pandemic and they said they would remake it and send it with a DIFFERENT driver. I wait another hour and 15 minutes and call back just to hear that it is JUST NOW being sent out again. Okay fine. Then I look out the window ten minutes later to see the same man in just a white t shirt and shorts piddling around getting my pizza out and just wasting time. Again, no mask. I didn’t even eat the second one. My appetite was shot from being sent the same driver who is not following CDC guidelines and just being disgusting in general. I make my third and final call for the night to a less than pleasant manager “Jimmy” who gives a refund and no apology or explanation as to why my request for a different driver was ignored after his gross behavior. I will not be back for a very long time. If I want Papa Johns I will call the Palomar Centre Dr location in Lexington, KY.

I ordered a two topping pizza the girl on the phone was nice and told me it would be about 40 min. 45 minutes later I called and asked to speak to the manager to ask about how long it would be and she wasn’t so nice. The manager said she is on her way and said bye then hung up. 30 min later my pizza arrived cold. I won’t oreder from here again the delivery driver was a little rude too.
