Sunday schedule showed lobby opens at 7AM. A team member is sitting in the dining room. 7AM rolled around, went past and still no one moved inside, not even to open the door. Figured I’d try Burger King again after a few years. 3 times in a row at the canton location horrible food. This time I politely asked them to remake a Mexican chicken sandwich because it had absolutely nothing on it. The guy slammed the window on me with an attitude after giving me the new one, which still sucked. I didn’t even do anything to deserve the attitude. Store manager or higher ups, you’ve gotta do something about the staff. The girl at the window was extremely friendly though

need to stop hiring teenagers. they never listen to the order. i asked for a spicey chicken sandwich and got spicey chicken fingers that are old and hard. hire adults who appreciate the job and dont stand around goofing off with the other employees. i suggest driving to the next place Sonic pizza hut , subway anywhere but BurgerKing that hires teenagers so they don’t have to pay adults a decent salary

Not quite up-to-snuff for Burger King. Usually understaffed and a bit slow. I once got chicken sandwiches there that were too hard too eat. The good thing though, it is not crowded during First Monday weekends.

Chip Box

Eating area very dirty. Drink station filthy and tables not wiped down. Fries on the floor where you order. Employees on cell phones instead of cleaning. Very bad.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I waited for 30 minutes on my food in the front after going through the drive thru. I had to go in there 3 times to ask where my food was. The food was cold and the buns were hard . One of them was moldy. I went back in there to have them remake it , I handed her the receipt and the lady gave me an attitude about it even though I was nice about it. Not to mention they made the wrong sandwich. My son wouldn’t eat it he wasn’t hungry anymore by the end of it. The inside was unsanitary and disgusting. I will never go back here and I hope you won’t either.

Ordered online after work, after sitting at the speaker for about 15 minutes with no response I pulled to the window. I told the lady I had the online order and then about 3 minutes later a guy came and asked if I paid already. I told him yes and he said they didn’t see it but he can make it now. The only reason I waited is because the food was already paid and I did not trust they could figure out how to refund my money.

The King Is Coming

Not impressed one bit! Got a to-go order through drive through 10/25/22 at 4:56pm. Got home and this is what the fries looked like!! Ordered a small and large fry – paid for that – and once got home realized we got two small fries! Not cool for a fairly new Burger King!! One burger had no sauce on it and the other had bacon on it that we didn’t order! Also ordered Jalapeno chedder bites and they were cold and tasted microwaved!! WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
