I wanted to share how great of a location this is. I never write reviews but I have been impressed these last few weeks. My teenage son started a Wing Stop kick and we order take-out atleast twice week. The staff and managers are always extremely polite and helpful. This last time I ordered for delivery and one item was missing – I called and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX THE SITUATION. I truly appreciate management here and them always making customer service their focus. Each time I go, I tell my son how polite they are there and them going this extra mile to fix our order just prooves their dedication. We will continue to come 1-2 times a week. We appreciate a place in Humble with this kind of spectacular service. Thank you!

Walked in to grab my food and felt like I was in a club. Vulgar music playing and the lady who asked if I was picking up or placing an order was half way talking to me and half way reciting profanity of the music. Where is the professionalism in this. Will just go to the other location near humble. Glad I didn’t have my kids with me. This is TERRIBLE!

This is the most nastiest wingstop they never cook your food right they give you what they want and I order food and wanted to pay for extra ranch and I was told they couldn’t sale me extra ranch i have had a employee here call my number from they personal cell phone to come pick up my wingstop order and literally blow my phone up when I was late. With calls and texts this wingstop will never get my money again i prefer the wingstop on Wilson they are the best.

the food taste fine, great even, but the service is actually terrible. the times i’ve come the wait has always been 30 minutes plus. for some chicken… i can make it at home in that time. there have been children running around. servers cursing. one word to describe this location GHETTO (and i can say that cause i’m black) overall just a very unprofessional environment. i only come here because it’s closest to my house. i try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but each time they disappoint me. this location either needs better management or to be CLOSED. Today my experience wasn’t so good. I placed my order the young man that took my order was very polite and patient. I requested extra sauce on my wings, the mango habanero were good. My 16 boneless wings were very dry and were tough to bite.. My fries were cold. They should be on a warmer till your order is picked up. Food tasted good with the best ranch and cheese. Will be back only because they were delish. Just need more SAUCE please!

The far and worst wing stop . Shut this piece of s**** down ! Very slow workers . They not friendly nor customer service isn’t great . Hire new people or shut it down .
