This is my go-to lunch bento spot. I really like their scallion chicken. It looks really plain but they use a scallion sauce that is so flavorful and pairs perfectly with the cold steamed chicken. The chicken is very tender and moist, has the perfect bite.

The place was a bit difficult to find because it’s inside Yi Fang. They share a menu and the restaurant space.

Great Taiwanese food with boba also available. Seems like a joint kitchen with options to either order up front or dine in. Came on a rainy day weekend day and ordered the popcorn chicken and taiwanese pork chop bentos. Service was a little slower but our waiter was very nice once she came to our table. Food came quickly after ordering — our bentos were great with daily side dishes added including tofu and cauliflower. Definitely reminded us of the railroad bentos in Taiwan. Overall great comfort food at an affordable price. Will definitely return if we are in the area!

The place looked okay, there were a lot of cardboard boxes around so it kinda looked messy. I ordered the Beef Noodle Soup and I didn’t really enjoy it. The soup was too salty, the beef wasn’t tender and was also in big chunks which made it harder to eat it. The service was good and the food came relatively fast though.

This store is more than a tea store, they do serve the typical Yifang style teas and I like those, but it actually also is a taiwanese street food place, and the selection is pretty large. You can even get stinky tofu and bitter lemon dishes if you are into that.

Rice was super dry. Flavor of food quite bad. Milk tea was very bland. There’s a bit of a weird smell inside the restaurant. Service was a bit slow. Took a while to get a menu.

I have to admit, this is one of the best Taiwanese restaurants I’ve been to I. A while, especially due to the relatively low cost and large tasty portions. The menu is pretty much based on classic items, meat and rice plates, noodles and mini hot pot if wanted. Because they’re sharing the space with Yi Fang, they also have a variety of drinks.

A good hangout spot. Good variety of tea and drinks; food was always tasty with a decent portion. Our favorites are the spicy hotpot and the popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was very crispy and well seasoned, juicy pieces of meat. The spicy hotpot comes with six slices of beef, cubes of duck blood cake, fish balls, crab sticks, tofu and mushrooms. The dipping sauces served with it were exceptionally yummy. Taiwanese dishes like water spinach with lamb are very authentic as well. It is a bit pricey but acceptable with the quality of food.

The fried stinky tofu was awesome!! It tastes exactly like stinky tofu from night market in Taiwan. The boba tea was fantastic too. It was so pleasing to have Taiwanese food and drink in one place. Recommend this store to all the taiwanese and whoever love Taiwanese food. Chicken rice (actually more like a chicken and minced pork rice) was too sweat so we did not finish it.

This is a second time I ordered food from this restaurant. This time I ordered Steamed Chicken Leg with Scallion sauce Bento and Shrimp Stir fried Noodles with Satay sauce. I like both dishes I ordered. I definitely will explore other dishes in the future. I’ll give four stars for now. I’ll come back and update my review in the future.
