We have tried to go through the drive through on more than one occasion and ended up leaving for one reason or another. Finally this last time we just went in (they were actually open) The restrooms were dirty as was the rest of the restaurant. The employees are not friendly at all and dress and talk rather inappropriately. I love Krystals but will be finding another location to go to.

So, I’ve been wanting to try this place for almost 18 years. I’ve had the competitor in 4 different states but never got the chance to try this until now. This location, after a long road trip, unfortunately was not open to dine in but the drive thru was. Further, there was literally only one woman working there but she was still so friendly and as fast as she could be. The sliders, side chicks, chili pups and fries were hot, fresh and did not disappoint. I could imagine this location gets some hate but as a tourist on a road trip…this location won me over to say Krystal is better than the competition!!!

Freaking hilarious this place is! Always tell you it takes 15 mins to make the burger! They never want to take your order, they be having u wait in line for 20-39 mins!! For what?? If you see White Castle backed up just set and wait it out!

I think this is the only town I have seen with both a Krystal and a White Castle in close proximity. We tried both in the same meal for scientific comparison. I personally preferred White Castle’s basic slider over Krystal, but Krystal’s side-chicks are unequivocally better than WC’s chicken sliders.

My wife has always voiced her preference for Krystal vs. White Castle, so we’ve never visited the White Castle here in Bowling Green. Last night, that changed! I was intending to do a blind taste test with my wife, buying a meal from both places and comparing the two. The meal I bought from White Castle was markably better than my memory of our last visit to Krystal. Since they’ve changed the fries recipe, we haven’t ordered fries at Krystal since – imo they’re horrible! White Castle has fries that at least taste like they were made from potatoes.

Pulled up to order after sitting in line for 12 minutes. They say “sorry its gonna be a minute”. I asked how long will it be (I’m on lunch I need to head back). The lady responds (very hateful) “well there are other orders and I dont fix ’em I just take ’em.” Now what also needs to be said the customer in front of me had already left in a huff. And there was noone lined up at the window at this time but there were a few inside. I usually like Kristals however I’m sorry today I left cause your cashier at the drivethrough was very rude and I’m sorry I just wanted an estimated time I would still need to wait. I was going to wait but chose to go somewhere else instead.

They missed the mark… We went through the drive thru (to save some time), only to be told after paying to pull forward and they’d bring it out to me. We waited several minutes… Nothing. We finally circled around and went in to check on our food. After approximately 15 minutes of waiting, we received our food… cold. Sorry, but I was expecting something different.
