I’m pretty sure literally every time i’ve been here my order’s been wrong or missing something. I only got the hash browns after i showed them the recipt again but also like i paid $5 for bacon and got nothing. I shouldn’t have to instruct them on every item on my order… right? Keep in mind i was the only order at the time aswell.

Ordered a coffee and donuts. Shift lead made the coffee quick & then proceeded to “clean” while I stood there waiting for 10 minutes. Finally the other person on shift asked what I needed & then was bossed around by the shift lead when he tried to help me. Some people should not be in charge.

Never ever get the correct order the first time. So I compleatly gave up ice coffee because it was so frustrating. I get driving down the road assuming its correct, drink it and quickly realize it was not the right amount of cream or sugar. I usually don’t complain but it happneds everytime!! Even after I give a tip and give the person the benefit of the doubt.
