I placed my order on the web. Asked for extra sour cream on my tacos. When I opened up the foil. It looked like someone dumped the entire container of sour cream on my food, like you couldn’t even tell where the tacos were in the wrapping. Chicken salty. Food was just nasty at this point. Ridiculous!!

I ordered my burrito and was notified that they were “all out of” sour cream and cheese. I then noticed that other customers were receiving cheese and sour cream, After this I went up and asked if they could remake my burrito and they didn’t remake it but instead charged me for the sides. IF YOU SEE THE EMPLOYEE AMANDA DO NOT GO INTO THE RESTAURANT.

umm on doordash, whoever filled my burrito with a lot of food deserve a 100 dollar raise . but when i went into the store , they were being SOO stingy with the chicken. sour cream. like i asked for more chicken and she gave me like 3 pieces. it’s just food tho. BUT please stop being stingy with the food the food was good tho. if i’m being charged for more, at least fill it up! my burrito has so much space in it and it’s small af . this one white girl always has an attitude and is rude and looks like she doesn’t wanna be there .

A few months ago, I would have undoubtedly written this as a 4-5 stars. But lately I can’t. The bowls are so under filled and have gotten more expensive. You’re paying more money for less food. At this point it’s more worth it to go to Cava or somewhere else because chipotles trademark prices and quantity simply isn’t the same anymore. Not only that but the quality of food has dropped. Today, the guacamole was super brown. The photo doesn’t quite show the shade but it is fully brown. Overall it just has declined in quality and has been for a while but online delivery is not an option bc only half the bowls are filled and if you order in person they only fill it slightly more.
