We had a great time as a family eating dinner at Otoro Hibachi. The service was great. The food was also great though it took a little longer before the food showed up as they are cooked as you order them. We would definitely come back and visit again.

My wife is never the complainer when we go out but she definitely doesn’t want to go back. If you show pictures of your food make sure your food includes the ingredients in the pictures. Rice and soy sauce is a form of fried rice.

Been here twice with my coworkers, I will not go back! Both times the lady at the register (Sonya) did not speak she just stood there with a very nasty attitude! After I spoke both times she just looked at me and afterwards spoke real softly. On the first visit one of the cooks brought our food and gave us the hibachi sauce to pour since we were eating at the restaurant… the second time the lady (Sonya) brought our food in togo containers and only gave us 2 hibachi sauces each after we ordered and stated were we going to eat at the restaurant… when I stopped her and asked about one of my coworkers food order that was wrong she turned around as if I was bothering her with a nasty attitude! THEY WILL NOT GET MY MONEY OR SERVICE AGAIN! The food was ok the service was TERRIBLE!!!!

Just picked I picked up Uber wats order and the cashier didn’t greet me or even make eye contact, doing this job I’m always sharing good experience so that customers can potentially visit but I’ll be sure to share this experience !

The food is ok, but the customer service is horrible. The lady at the register is extremely rude. She rolled her neck and asked what do I think fried rice is when I asked her if I got fried rice or steamed rice. She also pointed to the menu when I asked the difference in menu items instead of explaining it to a first time customer. I won’t be patronizing their business again.
