This was pathetic. The employee maling my burrito stopped midway, took her glove off, and made a phone call. While on the phone, she began assembling my burrito. I had to talk over her conversation to tell her what I wanted on it. She wrapped it so poorly that it fell apart immediately.

This is probably the worse Moe’s I’ve ever been to. We recently moved here and decided to go to Moe’s versus Chipotle, big mistake. The employees were less than cordial, most of the food trays were nearly empty. The server acted like she was doing us a favor by serving us and was more interested in conversation with her peer than taking care of the customers. The fountain drinks were mostly “unavailable” and the overall dining area was filthy. Really disappointed, generally the food has better seasoning and taste than Chipotle but clearly this location is not managed well. Will not be coming back.

So I WAS CRAVING Moe’a today & I chose the perfect location. Very very very friendly atmosphere & I mean the food was on point as always. Yasmine & Lawrence both were very welcoming. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The people were as rude and hateful as they possibly could be. I didn’t even bother finishing my undercooked meal. Half the time, the staff was standing around flapping their jaws while I stood at the counter and got ignored. I am really beyond fed up with these restaurant chains that have gotten nasty attitudes since the pandemic.

Did a group order for me & some coworkers, when I arrived back at work part of the order was missing. I tried to check the order while I was at the restaurant; however, I would have had to rip open the bag bc it has been tied so tight. When I realized part of the order was missing, I kept trying to call the restaurant, I called a total of SIX times. There was no answer. I have even gone through the website & sent in a “Contact Us” form about the issue. I spent $50 on food. I didn’t want to get my entire order free, but now I have no choice but to call my bank & mark the charge as fraudulent!

I love Moe’s, but this location was extremely disappointing. The girl making our burritos did not have a care in the world and refused to speak. Adding queso to a burrito is $2 and she barely put any on there and when asked for more she ignored us. The chips were slippery they were so oily. We had to clean a table off to eat and push chairs out of our way to even make it through the tables. The floors were absolutely disgusting with dirt and food.

This food is completely disgusting I ordered through door dash and paid for the big queso to get ripped off and get a small little one with barley any chips to go with it. There my kids meal taco was not edible, looks disgusting. Don’t know how this moes is still open.
